I will never come to this location ever again and I will never return to an Aspen Dental ever again. So I had to get cavities filled. I broke up my fillings with two appointments. The receptionist Matthew was very welcoming and super helpful when it came to using my dental insurance for the first time ever! We were seen by the Dental Hygienist by the name of Anna she was soo genuine and had a great attitude about everything. Super helpful by giving us hygiene tips and she didn’t let us leave without making sure she was happy with her cleaning results!! And of course she didn’t let us leave without a goody bag !! Can’t wait to go back for my routine cleaning! Thank you Anna you are great!
Excellent, friendly staff. Upfront with pricing. I had no insurance for this, and they worked with me to get it done that same day. I had a dental emergency. They also worked to squeeze me in that same afternoon. Very caring, dedicated people. The dental work looks and feels good. I would come here again for more oral care.
I have been going back and forth with this office regarding a bill stating I didn't have dental coverage. I have never had a lapse in insurance. Facilitated a three way call with my insurance and one of the staff and still to no avail no solution. My insurance informed me no claims have been sent. I needed an emergency tooth extraction. I called at 11:15 am and was immediately seen as soon as I arrived at the office at 12pm. The staff were friendly and paid particular attention to my needs. The dentists and all of the support staff made sure that I was comfortable and within the hour, the tooth was out and I was relieved of the pain that it was causing. Thank you to all of the staff and the dentists that took such great care of me during my visit.
