We had a great experience here. They are amazing people. From the beginning to the end it was a very easy process. They were clear in what was expected and they learned about us and were able to help us achieve our goal of getting work done for my wife. Everyone on the staff was helpful and very cordial. The finance person was amazing. There is no judging, just navigating very expertly on how they could best serve our needs. We are looking forward to our next visit.
I never leave reviews. But this place is a joke! The receptionists are nice, no issues there. But don't waste your time and money coming here. The doctor we saw told us that my boyfriend had no issues and wasn't in "enough pain" that the people he sees can't talk, etc. Well today we visited a new office and were told his filling is completely cracked and is possibly in need of a root canal. When you first walk in they are more worried about selling you an $800 teeth cleaning than they're about fixing your problem. I drove 2 miles to another dentist office. $200 and 2 hours and the tooth was out. I just don't want anyone else to fall for the scam. Do some research but DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL IN MCKINNEY TX ON HIGHWAY 380.

This is a sales business. I called for a broken tooth, they said come on in and we will take care of you. They did everything but fix my tooth, but they were quick to upscale. This place is a total insurance scam. Enter at your own risk.
Billing is totally screwed up. They are trying to collect an additional 1,480 dollars from us claiming insurance company paid us. They charge for adjustments on dentures and implants. My husband's implant fell out and he swallowed it. Now we are fighting with them over bill. I highly recommend that you do not use them.
