Absolutely unacceptable. I’m currently waiting for implant surgery and was given a partial that didn’t fit properly. I called to schedule a bite adjustment and spent over 30 minutes on the phone providing all my personal information and answering numerous detailed questions just to get an appointment. The soonest available was the next day, so I rearranged my work schedule to make it happen. Went in for a tooth extraction only. They first wanted to charge over $3500! They said he had a severe infection needed a cleaning first. Then when he questioned just getting the tooth pulled and the one by it cleaned, all of a sudden the price went to over $1500! Then when he said he was leaving could get it don’t elsewhere cheaper, all of a sudden the price went to over $600! He decided to do that (even tho the entire time in the office was OVER 2 hours)!
