They did a great job on my new teeth I feel like a whole new woman, the picture of me before and after what a difference. I smile all the time now. My teeth look natual, and fit good, and I can eat salad again without choking. Thank you Aspen Dental

These guys are scammers I had gone in for a free examination and x-ray because that's what their call center had told me prior to going and what they had told me when I got to the physical location is it costed $200 I called another aspen location, and they said it's not surprising from this location.. they hear it a lot. Thankfully, the other location gave me a free consultation, x-ray, and examination. I just had to drive 30 minutes past the one that had tried to screw me over. This place double charged me then for months kept telling me they were refunding my money. Still have not received my refund. These guys are a bunch of thieves.

I will now avoid this place like the plague! Went in with facial swelling and tooth pain. Abcessed tooth. I called the next day, because we pushed off removal until Saturday, well I called Thursday and informed them my facial swelling was worse. The doctor litterally said it can take 48 hours for antibiotics to take affect. Well not even 48hrs later I'm in the ER with severe facial swelling and a facial abcess. Now referred to a facial surgeon. So what should have cost $200, has well lead to thousands! Do better Aspen Denta... read more

Probably the worst dental experience I've ever had. I went in to get a chipped tooth fixed, a 10 minute fix, and it took over three hours. You'll mostly be waiting and feeling like everyone forgot about you. I had a dental checkup a month prior to moving to the area, which is why i was forced to find somewhere new fast. My dentist and hygienist said I was looking great. Yet when I visited Aspen Dental, they tried to push gingivitis treatment, which would cost $4k, no thanks. Would not recommend this dental group. First time in Boise they worked on the wrong tooth for my daughter. Eagle location had her in the room for 45 minutes before they came in . The first time the dentist walked out in the middle of her appointment and said he had to reschedule her. All they did today is bring in her PLAN which would cost 14K. She asked which tooth is the most severe, can we address that first and they had no response said she can decide what to do first. Very uncaring dental mill !!!!

They gave my apt away because they said,"You didn't confirm...". They didn't call to tell me that but rather THEY confirm my apt. through email as though everything was set. They never communicated I had to respond and confirm my apt. I got a sitter and showed up early. To make things worse- they didn't call to say they'd given my apt away just let me show up. This is not a policy I've seen anywhere. They never called to confirm or cancel. Treating your clients like their time is not worth anything is no way to run a busines... read more
