Fantastic experience! The entire team was friendly, professional, and very thorough. Dr. Parikh was able to get my daughter in quickly for her chipped tooth and took great care of her. He treated us as if we were long-time patients, explaining everything clearly and making us both feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent dental care. 10/10
I had a terrible experience at Aspen Dental in Monroe. I went in needing a tooth extracted and was already in pain. I went through the entire process paperwork, exam, and even paid for the procedure, only to be told after all that, that they couldn’t do the extraction because their machine was “down” or not working. I got my wisdom teeth removed here last night (recovering as im typing this) and it was such an smooth proccess. Both the nurses that were with me were very sweet and made me feel relaxed and Dr. C (the surgeon) did amazing and actually gave me a lot more knowledge about how my diabetes would react during/after the procedure! I highly recommend them here if youre needing anything dental related.
I did a lot of research before I chose Aspen Dental of Monroe, NC. My dental insurance expired once I retired, and I found a good individual dental plan recently. Aspen in Monroe has received very high reviews, and I totally agree, and rated them five stars. It was very easy to get an appointment, and the dentist and all the employees are super nice, helpful and kind. I am so happy to have found a great dental practice who will accept my dental insurance.
