I am not going to lie. I was skeptical about coming here. I had a consultation at another facility and it was not good at all. But.. this place exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely nice and gentle. The Dr. was polite and straightforward with my care plan. What got me, was the office manager, Catherine. That lady did not let me leave there without exploring every option that was available. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had a fantastic personality. My visit to Aspen Dental, Monroe, NC was awesome. I have always been terrified of the dentist but everyone there was so kind and thoughtful I was not worried at all. The doctor was so nice and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The office manager was exceptionally nice, as were all the technicians. I truly dreaded this visit, but was treated so well by everyone that I wont mind my next visit at all.
I would give no stars if it was an option I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services I received at your Monroe location. My experience from initial examination to the final outcome with my dentures was significantly below acceptable standards. My first appointment lacked even the most basic level of patient care. Everyone was wonderful. The dentist has a wonderful bedside manner. Explained everything. Very knowledgeable. Finance lady extremely helpful. Everyone went out of their way to help us.
