Fantastic experience! The entire team was friendly, professional, and very thorough. Dr. Parikh was able to get my daughter in quickly for her chipped tooth and took great care of her. He treated us as if we were long-time patients, explaining everything clearly and making us both feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent dental care. 10/10
I am not going to lie. I was skeptical about coming here. I had a consultation at another facility and it was not good at all. But.. this place exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely nice and gentle. The Dr. was polite and straightforward with my care plan. What got me, was the office manager, Catherine. That lady did not let me leave there without exploring every option that was available. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had a fantastic personality. I was able to be seen immediately after making my appointment. Everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and patient. I went in feeling nervous, knowing I would need work done. I left the office looking forward to my next visit. Staff, location, atmosphere, cleanliness, etc.. all 5 stars!
My visit to Aspen Dental, Monroe, NC was awesome. I have always been terrified of the dentist but everyone there was so kind and thoughtful I was not worried at all. The doctor was so nice and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The office manager was exceptionally nice, as were all the technicians. I truly dreaded this visit, but was treated so well by everyone that I wont mind my next visit at all.
