i am very pleased of the service and treatments i received by the dentist and especialy my hygenists, sharon. she was very knowledgeable and she knows her craft. looking forward to my next 3 month visit. elena lannigan

I went in for 1 filling... They proceeded to give me about 20 x-rays and another lengthy exam. After spending about 3 hours there I left without the filling and a quote for over 13,000 AFTER insurance. I kept stressing to them how worried I was about the cracked tooth but they kept trying to sell me on getting multiple crowns and a cleaning/antibiotics that was over 2,000. What a scam these people are. I called after looking up "emergency dental near me" and they are the first ad that pops up. I needed a very simple, short procedure to re-cement a crown that had come off this morning. They were very pleasant on the phone and offered me an appointment in the afternoon, assuring me that they could help me. Their office is 35 minutes away from me in Newport, so I drive there only to find out that they would only do a comprehensive examination including x-rays and that they would not repair my cr... read more

The complaint isn't in regards to Aspen dental directly. Dental work is insanely expensive and so they had me apply with care credit. I was quoted a reasonable no interest loan but then when the bill came in it had an extremely high interest rate and higher monthly payments than what I agreed to. After researching I realized this bait and switch is common for this credit card company. Aspen dental needs to negotiate better for their customers than to do business with these greedy crooks. I just copied what Dana L. said his his/her review because my experience was exactly the same. "These people will attempt to suggest procedures that aren't needed and make a lot of Billings. Funny I had a dentist for many years and am looking for one closer to home but these guys are used car salesman. Ridiculous first and last appointment! They used my insurance for exrays and exams but charged me 400 out of pocket for 1 extraction! When I asked my insurance company they told me they never put the extraction claim in which would of only cost me $57! At the time Aspen lied and told me my insurance wouldn't cover
