Got my permanent dentures today. Right now I am thrilled. The staff are great. They listen and are very understanding when you discuss issues with them. The same with the dentists. It took a little longer with me. They had to do 3 impressions. They never made me feel like I was being a pain. They truly want you to be happy with the end result. If you're going through this procedure, do not be afraid to discuss your concerns.
I was seem fairly quickly. I went to the back and completed some X-rays. The staff was kind and professional. The doctors was quick and asked me how I wanted to proceed. I felt like I had a hand in my care. I will definitely go back.
I had a temporary bridge come off. I called at 10 am and got an appointment at 11:45am. The dental assistant was very pleasant. When Dr. Sierra came in he was very personable and addressed the reason of why my temporary bridge came off. He recemented the bridge and then I was released to the insurance clerk. I didn’t have any insurance card with me so she got on the telephone and finally was able to connect me to my insurance so she was able to file my visit so I only had a small amount to pay. The people there are really nice. As far as services well let’s just say check your insurance claims they like to charge for stuff that they did not do or provide. Even per their paper showing your postop to take medications well that’s if they decide to send it into the pharmacy. Let’s not forget that when they say you need a ride home and they will take care of that and call that person really, they suck! when you’re all messed up and you have to make that call yourself.
