Got my permanent dentures today. Right now I am thrilled. The staff are great. They listen and are very understanding when you discuss issues with them. The same with the dentists. It took a little longer with me. They had to do 3 impressions. They never made me feel like I was being a pain. They truly want you to be happy with the end result. If you're going through this procedure, do not be afraid to discuss your concerns.
Aspen dental was great and the staff were very quick to assist me and meet all my needs. I am very satisfied with the care I received. They explained everything simply and made surgery feel like a breeze.
The people there are really nice. As far as services well let’s just say check your insurance claims they like to charge for stuff that they did not do or provide. Even per their paper showing your postop to take medications well that’s if they decide to send it into the pharmacy. Let’s not forget that when they say you need a ride home and they will take care of that and call that person really, they suck! when you’re all messed up and you have to make that call yourself.
