I had my first and last experience with Aspen . I had a crown that came off. It was an emergency Saturday appontment. My insurance carrier has 24/7 claims support. Gave them my insurance and they said because it was Saturday and they could not verify insurance I'd have to pay a portion of the service in advance. I said fine as long as I get a receipt and asked how do I get my reimbursement once my insurance paid the claim? Will it be check or returned on my card? I asked. Was considering switching the them to replace my dental insurance. Stopped by the office to do some price comparison and they refused to give me the price of any service. What are they hiding? Zero transparency means they won't be getting my business.
