Very nice people. Very interested in my care. Gave me my options up front and left the decision to me. No problem with dental plan.
The new patient X-rays & consultation were very thorough with friendly, competent & professional staff from reception to procedure. Aspen Dental is very accommodating however the estimate for fixing everything was quite expensive. For budget reasons I will definately shop around being retired & on a fixed income. Nathan Taylor made certain the extraction of my wisdom tooth was absolutely painless! THANKS

Pat at Aspen Dental was wonderful with my 8 year old. She went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and make the experience fun.
Best service I have had in a long time, from beginning to end, friendly and very profesional staff, they make you feel valued more than a client you are a patient, you they listen and care. From Dr. Taylor to Dr. Letham and all the Dental assistants, I have had nothing but a respectful and great experience. Thank you all

Had not been to a dentist in at least 7 years. The staff upon entering were wonderful, the X-ray tech, the hygienist, and insurance rep all wonderful and took the time to explain things and make sure fully understood...I don't like the whole "pay up front" for the next appointment but pretty sure they said they would work with that if you can't. Totally understanding of good faith payments. Because of all the fraud and stuff these days. Overall I'm really happy I chose this dentist and very glad I can finally feel confident ... read more

I've had nothing but great experiences when I go to aspen dental in Waterford lakes off n. Alfaya Trail...staff up front is great prompt an friendly an hygeniest an dentist are great as well ..they make sure you feel comfortable an are taken care of an do great job..I will continue to use them for all my dental needs
