Avoid this place. I had one sensitive tooth and decided to try them out as they were new in town. I was handed a treatment plan that included 4 extractions, a root canal and multiple crowns. I cried when I was handed the estimated bill of 14k. Gave them 5k to book the extractions. The oral surgeon canceled and at that point I was in pain, aspen could not reschedule until another 6-8 weeks for the extractions. I found another oral surgeon that could do the surgery. I want to take a quick moment to give this amazing team at Aspen Dental a shout out. The dental hygienists are incredibly kind and comforting. Dr. Sutton was amazing with answering all of my questions and I’m grateful to Hannah for positivity in proving me with options. Everyone was beyond accommodating! Highly recommend this dentist to anyone!
My experience with this location was the worst experience I have ever had dealing within the medical field. I spent a total of 3 hours in the office with not one thing being done but X rays on an issue that was already accounted for. I made my appointment earlier than originally scheduled and drove an hour away on a Saturday to hopefully get my issue taken care of . This was my first time ever going to this location/ to an Aspen Dental establishment in general. A co worker actually recommended them to me because she had a great experience with them at another location and knew that I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past with making unnecessary rude comments about me as if I wasn’t sitting in front of them. Dr. Rad was amazing! I had 4 teeth that needed pulling, was canceled, without notice, by a company that I will not name. Dr. Rad took me in, fast, professional, clean job. No bleeding after first 5 minutes, no pain, clean progress healing 1 day later. She was confident, caring and gentle. I HIGHLY recommend her and Parksburg Aspen Dental! Thank You! Holly
