I am seeing a few very bad reviews on yelp. I'm not sure where they are coming from with there reviews. Maybe they just always complain about everything. I could not be happier with Aspen Dental in Parkesburg. They are very professional and everyone is friendly. I feel they go above and beyond to make your experience better. I had no wait time when entering the building for an appointment. I have some extensive work to be done and they explained everything perfectly. The appointments were set up to fit my schedule. If you wish to be lied too,if you want too be told that you need dental work that you do not need.if waking up during teeth being pulled. Just an update took wife to a real endodontist and wife doesn't need a root canal like aspen charged me for then said that they couldn't do, they refunded half of the money to a card that is no longer active after I told them that. The region manager hasn't called like I predicted and I am continuing to pass my experience to any one that will listen. This place is a malpractice lawyers wet dream.

Not even worth 1 star....went to aspen dental and they said that my wife needed 20 k worth of dental care..had to finance. We are seniors and on disability so funds are limited. Wife had a cleaning prior to surgery and they found a infection, aspen forgot to call in the antibiotics had to pay pcp to do it.wife had 4 teeth pulled and it took less that 45 minutes, my wife woke up during the procedure and they used as much skill as a person doing a coat hanger abortion. 6 months later I get a bill for 1200 dollars, I call and ... read more
Absolutely the worst dental office I have ever experienced! They were rude, uncaring, and generally disinterested in serving this community.
