The whole team was welcoming & they stay busy like BEES! Erin especially, explained every step and was so positive during intake. I’ll recommend EVERYONE to book your appointment even if just starting on STEP 1 to better dental hygiene and practices. I know better after Aspen Dental. 🦷 literally the only step to take toward better dental care!
Shelby deserves her own holiday. Every time I walk into the dental office, she greets me like I’m not about to spend the next hour fighting for my life in a reclined chair. She’s friendly, organized, and somehow manages to understand my “post-numbing” speech better than I do. Scheduling? She’s got it. Questions? Answered. Anxiety? Magically lowered. Honestly, Shelby is the MVP of the whole office. If the dentist is the teeth hero, she’s the one running mission control. 10/10 would show up early just to talk to her again.
When I first went there they seemed overwhelming with the price. For implants their guote was 16 k. I told them my house only cost 17k. I needed something more affordable. I talked to the dentist and she asked what I wanted to accomplish. I had 9 bad teeth left on my lower jaw. I asked about extracting them and new plate cost, with a new upper since l had mine since I was 16. My next birthday l will be 80.My insurance would only cover 3000 a year. I really don’t like giving this kind of review. But this was absolutely the worst tooth abstraction I have ever had. This guy took an hour and 10 minutes to pull my tooth. I say this guy because there is no way he is a dentist. My appointment started at 11:30 am, at which time the guy came in and gave me approximately four shots of Novocain. I went to Aspen Dental on Thursday, 9/11 of this year. I was told I needed a cleaning, a set of Motto aligners, and two fillings on my left top and right bottom. I scheduled an appointment for 9/15 to get my fillings done and cleaned. I get to my appointment, and they say I actually needed three fillings, so they did one on my top left tooth. While working on my second filling, I was having some sensitivity going on, so they couldn't find out the reason why there was sensitivity, so I had to make another appointment for 9/25... read more
