Overall not what I expected. Starting with the good. Reception staff were excellent as was the gal who took all my x rays. Great attitude, happy staff and that was evident. Hygienist was very good and explained everything well. Dentist was sub par. No doubt she knew what she was doing but total zero bedside manner. The way she spoke, her attitude was just not good at all. When she was talking to me all she was doing was telling me All the bad and zero positives at all. No solutions. Very Clean facility. The staff is also extremely friendly and kind. I will say… you can expect an extremely long wait as they are short staffed. I couldn’t get seen on the day I was scheduled as the wait was so long I needed to pick up my daughter. They were extremely apologetic and scheduled me for the next morning. I came in 30 min early again and still the wait was long. Other than the wait time I sincerely have no complaints.

Everything so far has been top notch. Very professional. Everything mapped out in advance and done as they say. I would definitely recommend Aspen to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Very clean office, very professional and they explained everything! They set up all my appointment and explained the charges!!! I highly recommend them to anybody! The Dr. was also great and took her time to explain!!!!!

Everyone was very respectful, kind and courteous. I hadn't been to a dentist longer than I care to admit. It really was very good. And it had changed so much, definitely for the better. Thank you again
