I am a very nervous dental patient. They were absolutely wonderful l had a molar crack in half and they extracted it, the dentist l had was an amazing young man very passionate and understanding even let me "watch" To calm my nerves. I used to be a patient elsewhere however they have my business now. I cannot believe how much he made me feel comfortable during my extraction and stitches even with me gagging, so much the patience he and the dental assistant had were so accommodating to my needs it actually made me cry. i've been going to Aspen dental for a little while now and they really have no customer service. I understand they're a business but all they care about is making money and not helping people. They had given me information about a service for my teeth, but no price and said I could find out online well. The information is not online and they don't have a direct number for their office. It is only an 800 number so I was on hold over 20 minutes and the person told me they cannot even help me and they would put me back on hold ... read more

I will never go to this company ever... I was in real bad pain from a toothache and made an appointment. Due to a clerical error on my insurance that didn't match my dob. I was told not to come in until the matter was resolved. This is after I relayed to them that my ins company said this can take up to 90 days to fix. So basically I writhing in pain but bc there may be an error with billing I can't be seen and would have to deal with my tooth pain for the next 90 days???? Like does that make sense? showed up 15 mins early as requested w/money in pocket, door locked, garbage all over, never opened. called me days later to make a new appointment as if it's my fault. Never said sorry you took a day off to come here. Greedy, Selfish, Terrible.
