First visit went very well. Everyone was extremely professional, state of the art equipment. Impeccably clean facilities. Dentist was thoroughly professional and explained all my treatment options. My teeth cleaning with the oral hygienist was above and beyond. So far so good.
If I could give zero stars I would. I actually never leave reviews on business account but this one deserves it. I went into the office in massive pain from a tooth. They took x-rays that left me in even more pain from the plates they use that cut up my mouth and left multiple sores, even after advising they were sharp and hurting me she would just say “I know I know it’s quick”. The experience was a five star experience. Everyone I came in contact was professional and and very nice. The work was done. I had to have a repair of my denture. The work was done quickly and I’m really satisfied with this especially with Ryan. The technician that repaired my denture Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable all in all it was a good experience.
The Dentist was kind & gave me a detailed account of the procedure I need. The staff was friendly & courteous. I received an estimate of the work to be performed plus a payment plan offer if I need it. I definitely will go back to have the necessary work done. Overall it was a very good experience.
The place is very nice, but I went there for one thing which my insurance covered fully, mind you, but they try to tell me that I need a lot more done which I had to pay out of pocket for…the dentist was telling me that I need to wear Invisalign to straighten my one teeth on the bottom, mean while most of her teeth is crooked. long story short I left there with the same problem, the dentist did nothing to fix my problem all because they want me to pay for something I didn't need.
