I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. They all made me feel very important and were ready to answer any questions or concerns that I’ve had regarding my treatment plan. All staff was AMAZING. From Debra the office manager all the way to the doctors, hygienists and the awesome crew they had to get me in and out and even answered all my questions with ease. If i could give more stars I WOULD! My first time going and will recommend any and every body to go to Aspen!
Everyone I encountered was super friendly. The operations manager went above and beyond to help me with payment arrangements. The dental hygienists were all very friendly and made sure I understood what was going on. I didn’t have to wait long but with the environment that they have, you would’ve mind waiting.
This place is like a car dealership with high pressure salesmen. They are definitely in the business for money and not the least bit interested in helping patients. The office manager seems to have no idea how to “manage” an office. The people working at the front desk ignore clients. I recommend Aspen Dental but I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
I brought my family member to this Dental Office today. It was a pleasant experience. The staff were kind and courteous. It was waiting period but it was bearable. They were thoughtful in the way they accommodated my family member and they conversations with the staff felt personable and seemed like they care for their patients.
