I was greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist. I didn’t have to wait very long at all when I was called to the back. The Dr. was in the hall so I introduced myself. He was very friendly. TeKai took X-rays and pictures of my teeth and took me to an examination room where the Dr. joined me for an exam. He took an appropriate amount of time discussing my teeth and also laid out a plan to help me. He was very friendly, easy to talk with and to ask questions of. Amazing team and office. Was able to get in immediately for tooth pain issue. They were very friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend, they will now be my permanent dental provider.
I had a great experience at this office! I met with Dr.Matthews and Cheryl.The staff was friendly, the office was clean and welcoming, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the appointment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a kind and thorough dentist!
I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. They all made me feel very important and were ready to answer any questions or concerns that I’ve had regarding my treatment plan.
