I brought my family member to this Dental Office today. It was a pleasant experience. The staff were kind and courteous. It was waiting period but it was bearable. They were thoughtful in the way they accommodated my family member and they conversations with the staff felt personable and seemed like they care for their patients.
Still worse experience ever. Received email response to my review and was asked to call corporate office. I called and they referred me back to the local office which was a waste of time. Deborah called me back and all she did was offer me a discount that the regional manager offered from $2000 to$1600. Why would I pay more money when the price quoted was for everything. Also when they scheduled me to come back 10/23/24 for permanent partial they never said I had to pay another $2000. The total quoted was $4900. I cont... read more
I came in for an emergency visit today. Dr. Spouh was hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He made my tooth removal seamless. He has an amazing bedside attitude. I felt cared for like I had known him forever. His assistant was awesome too. I would recommend him for all your dental needs. I look forward to being a patient of his to continue my dental journey!!!!!!
I personally think they are all about money!! I went in for same day appt sue to a cracked tooth. I felt the focus was definately not on the broken tooth. They quoted me a price over $2,000 to fix my tooth and get a cleaning. The only put a temporary cement on the broken tooth until I came back with the full payment. The next week I went to another dentist. Fixed my broken tooth and it only cost $300. Wow what a difference. I wasn't looking for a full dental consult at the time.....I only wanted the broken tooth fixed.... read more
Aspen Dental is one of the best dental offices that I have been to in a while. The staff is polite, courteous and professional. The dentist explained everything in detail to me and answered any questions that I had. I felt comfortable being their and the environment was patient friendly. I would definitely refer them to family and friends.
