I really love this place. Everyone is so awesome. Dr Spouh and Gabby, Dr. D, and the girl who handled the waxing sorry can't remember her name. You all did an awesome job. Thanks to the financial officer for helping me work out a plan best for me. Yes Everyone is awesome. Highly recommended.
I was a little nervous about the procedure . The worker that did my procedure was very friendly and informative about what was going on so it made me feel comfortable. I did feel the pressure and a bit of pain. She told me to ask for more numbing gel. It was my choice not to get more. She did an excellent job.
I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental in Roanoke Rapids from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen right on time, which I really value. making the check in process smooth and stress free. The experience was awful. They don't listen to your concerns. My appointment wait time was 90 minutes. But they make sure they get your money before you get your dentures. My dentures fit poorly there is no need to go back for a refit because they are going to say the dentures are correct no matter how much pain they are causing you. I have had 5 visits in 2 getting my dentures work on. I still cannot eat with them 😩 😫 😭
I'm only giving this 2 stars because the staff is indeed polite and friendly. However, I will never recommend this to anyone. I found myself out of town on a Friday afternoon with a broken tooth. I came in hoping for some sort of emergency fix to get me through the weekend. They took a complete set of x-rays, then ushered me to a treatment room, where I listened to them calling patients and making one appointment after another for extractions.
