I highly recommend this clinic! Staff are very welcoming and kind. Dentist and DH are very knowledgeable and explained the health of my teeth very thoroughly. Checkout was fast and smooth. I was relieved when they told me I could use “buy now, pay later” services.
It was a great experience. Everyone was patient and polite☺️. Dr. D is very wonderful and really knows her stuff. Also Gabby she was a big help very welcoming and friendly 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I was greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist. I didn’t have to wait very long at all when I was called to the back. The Dr. was in the hall so I introduced myself. He was very friendly. TeKai took X-rays and pictures of my teeth and took me to an examination room where the Dr. joined me for an exam. He took an appropriate amount of time discussing my teeth and also laid out a plan to help me. He was very friendly, easy to talk with and to ask questions of. I had a great experience at this office! I met with Dr.Matthews and Cheryl.The staff was friendly, the office was clean and welcoming, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the appointment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a kind and thorough dentist!
They got me in when I asked. Set me up with a treatment plan. They were not pushy about things that I needed but were not necessary. There was very little wait time and I have decided to do all my dental service here. I am very pleased with my first visit can’t wait for many more! Thank you Aspen Dental in RR!
