I really love this place. Everyone is so awesome. Dr Spouh and Gabby, Dr. D, and the girl who handled the waxing sorry can't remember her name. You all did an awesome job. Thanks to the financial officer for helping me work out a plan best for me. Yes Everyone is awesome. Highly recommended.

I was a little nervous about the procedure . The worker that did my procedure was very friendly and informative about what was going on so it made me feel comfortable. I did feel the pressure and a bit of pain. She told me to ask for more numbing gel. It was my choice not to get more. She did an excellent job.

I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental in Roanoke Rapids from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen right on time, which I really value. making the check in process smooth and stress free. The office itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with up-to-date technology, which made the visit feel even more reassuring. I'm only giving this 2 stars because the staff is indeed polite and friendly. However, I will never recommend this to anyone. I found myself out of town on a Friday afternoon with a broken tooth. I came in hoping for some sort of emergency fix to get me through the weekend. They took a complete set of x-rays, then ushered me to a treatment room, where I listened to them calling patients and making one appointment after another for extractions. I wish I could give zero stars. I took my daughter, gave my drivers license to the office manager who passed it off to the dental assistant she said. No one has any idea where license went. No one is taking accountability and no one wants to return my calls. It’s crazy to me that a business doesn’t follow some type of protocol. You scan a Id and insurance and give it back.
