I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental in Roanoke Rapids from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen right on time, which I really value. making the check in process smooth and stress free. I really love this place. Everyone is so awesome. Dr Spouh and Gabby, Dr. D, and the girl who handled the waxing sorry can't remember her name. You all did an awesome job. Thanks to the financial officer for helping me work out a plan best for me. Yes Everyone is awesome. Highly recommended.
I'm only giving this 2 stars because the staff is indeed polite and friendly. However, I will never recommend this to anyone. I found myself out of town on a Friday afternoon with a broken tooth. I came in hoping for some sort of emergency fix to get me through the weekend. They took a complete set of x-rays, then ushered me to a treatment room, where I listened to them calling patients and making one appointment after another for extractions. I retired from the Army after 33 years of service. I had my teeth examined at least annual while serving. I retired in the spring of 2025. After retiring made an appointment with Aspen Dental at 310 Premier Blvd, Roanoke Rapids NC and was seen on May 15th, 2025.
