As one of the biggest chickens when it comes to dentistry, I could not have had a better experience! Dr Mansouri, Cara and Mark took extra care to make sure I was comfortable with my procedures and experienced minimal discomfort. Highly recommend them!
Worse dentist office I’ve ever been to. Went because I couldn’t get in with my dentist. They wasn’t even concerned about the tooth that I went in for that was giving me pain. They were worried about everything else and money. Called my dental insurance in front of the lady working front desk and she was given my member id. Instead of her checking she gets up & go sits in someone’s office on the phone. There couldn’t find out if I had insurance or not; they wasn’t trying to help with my tooth. Was there 2 hours. Not trying to be mean but this was just my experience. When the office first opened up in town, the front desk and dental staff was very nice and accommodating. Fast forward 2 years and the office is slowly changing staff. Its a name brand dental office, so people get swicthed out alot. About 3 months ago I needed a filling. I went in, sat down, they started to prep me then disappeared for an HOUR. I had a soggy numbing Q-tip get so gross to the point I had to leave my room to find someone to see what was going on.
