I really love this place. Everyone is so awesome. Dr Spouh and Gabby, Dr. D, and the girl who handled the waxing sorry can't remember her name. You all did an awesome job. Thanks to the financial officer for helping me work out a plan best for me. Yes Everyone is awesome. Highly recommended.
Best customer service ever!!! Called at 8:15 in the morning and talked to Nicole. She set me up with an appointment for the same day at 10:30 because of a broken tooth. Staff professional, cordial and very personable. Explained everything to me as they were doing it. Doctor came in and took time and explained and showed me my problems. Helped find affordable financing and set me and my husband up with upcoming appointments for cleaning and getting a new crown for me. I thanked them repeatedly. I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental in Roanoke Rapids from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen right on time, which I really value. making the check in process smooth and stress free. I'm only giving this 2 stars because the staff is indeed polite and friendly. However, I will never recommend this to anyone. I found myself out of town on a Friday afternoon with a broken tooth. I came in hoping for some sort of emergency fix to get me through the weekend. They took a complete set of x-rays, then ushered me to a treatment room, where I listened to them calling patients and making one appointment after another for extractions. They ensured my anxiety was at complete ease, no pain during the emergency wisdom tooth extraction, now I’m recovering fairly easily. Dr Spouh was fast with the extraction and was completely understanding. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.
