Best experience ever. I was so nervous as I don’t go to dentist but the team made my experience a memorable one. From Krystal to Dr Chan and my X-ray lady-I forgot her name. Everyone was superb. Am glad I made this decision. The X-ray lady was so thorough, careful and gentle. Dr Chang explained everything in the language anyone could understand and he was at face level. Horrible! I made an appointment for 1 today. They called me and told me to come earlier at 8:45 so that I can get same day treatment. I came for a basic cleaning which is suppose to be free with my insurance. I communicated over the phone multiple times that I was coming for a cleaning.I get in there and they try to give me a plan of 12,000 worth of work saying they gave me a “discount. I was really disappointed with my experience at Aspen Dental Rosenberg location. I had an 8 am Friday morning appointment for a toothache. They took X rays and got me signed up for care credit to be able to pay. But that was the extent of service that I received with a follow up appointment for a week later. As I stated before, there was absolutely zero problems with them getting the financial aspect of things taken care of on their end. My husband and I both went together as our first time. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. It was nice that they were able to keep up with my husband’s humor. I feel like this place is going to be a good permanent fit for us.
