Horrible! I made an appointment for 1 today. They called me and told me to come earlier at 8:45 so that I can get same day treatment. I came for a basic cleaning which is suppose to be free with my insurance. I communicated over the phone multiple times that I was coming for a cleaning.I get in there and they try to give me a plan of 12,000 worth of work saying they gave me a “discount. I was really disappointed with my experience at Aspen Dental Rosenberg location. I had an 8 am Friday morning appointment for a toothache. They took X rays and got me signed up for care credit to be able to pay. But that was the extent of service that I received with a follow up appointment for a week later. As I stated before, there was absolutely zero problems with them getting the financial aspect of things taken care of on their end. Had a hard time finding a dentist that took my HMO plan but now I'm glad I took the time to hunt. They aren't just there to make money they create a plan that's best for you and your wallet with no extra treatments that you don't need. Awesome staff and awesome work.
Best experience ever. I was so nervous as I don’t go to dentist but the team made my experience a memorable one. From Krystal to Dr Chan and my X-ray lady-I forgot her name. Everyone was superb. Am glad I made this decision. The X-ray lady was so thorough, careful and gentle. Dr Chang explained everything in the language anyone could understand and he was at face level. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment to have a painful tooth removed. An hour after my appointment time, I was called in to the back. Lots of employees coming in and out of my room. Doctor finally gives me 2 shots in 4 places to numb the area, then he left to work on another patient.. I kept asking questions about why all of a sudden I had 2 teeth pulled in 5 months.
