Prefacing this with the fact the the dentist and his techs were AMAZING! He is a wonderful dentist. However……front desk is dreadful. Krystle is the absolute worst, and I had to repeatedly call their corporate office to get help. They kept 1186.00 of my money for 8 months. Insurance paid AND I paid. I would never have known had I not gone back to complete treatment. Was told it took 8 months for insurance to close the claim. The Aspen Site in Rosenberg is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I never had dental issues until I started on several medications for Diabetes and a Biologic medication for Rheumatoid Arthritis. The problem with taking these medications, my teeth were rotting from the inside out… Being a woman and having cracked broken teeth is so embarrassing. Truly an outstanding experience wow I am very impressed. I have been a Aspen Dental Customer for several years now but recently switched to go to this Rosenberg Location and Wow I am very impressed my Hygienist Casey was outstanding. The most thorough cleaning, diligent, attention to detail care for my teeth was the best ever to the doctor I spoke with very professional and nice to the x-ray lady super nice and office staff incredibly nice and professional. After my exam the diagnosis was that I needed deep scaling and root planing(deep cleaning). Due to my insurance the procedure was broken up into two appointments. The left side on the first day , and the right side on the second day. They over charged my insurance. They examined my mouth and made the assessments on my initial visit. So they did the procedure on the left side. During that procedure on the left side I notices that it was awfully painful.
