Went for a checkup for the first time in a while. I immediately felt welcome and safe. They provided all the details and tools I needed to care for my teeth better. I am going back for a wisdom tooth removal and i’m not as nervous as i thought i would be. i know i’ll be in good hands with professionals who seem to genuinely care. Krystle, Kaycee, Bridgette, and Dr. Chan were all responsible for my great experience. Definitely recommend!
The very best, friendly, inviting, helpful, affordable, and caring place I have found out of many visits to different places. I'm excited to have found Aspen Dental and their discount plan is amazing. I feel like I found a family who will help me through this difficult oral tragedy I'm having. Regarding the Aspen office in Richmond, TX, it was easy to book appointments online. Phone call from office at next business day opening to get insurance information to confirm coverage. Nice office. Would have been nice to have done the questionnaire online rather in the office. Question regarding privacy rights was not understandable. Bridgette, the dental assistant, took X-rays and was very pleasant. They didn’t have aprons with thyroid coverage. Kaycee was pleasant, too. I was a ball of nerves going into their office for the first time and they did everything they could to ease my fears and anxiety. Everyone I encountered was patient and knowledgeable and they went out of their way to make me feel better about my situation. Clinic was clean staff was friendly enough but were just pushing me through the motions not really listening to me. Except the doctor he was great listened to all my concerns and came up with a treatment plan that sounded great. Then I spoke with them about payment and I didn't qualify for any payment plans. Was offered $3500 loan twords a bill that they quoted to be $23,000. Dollars I know dentistry is expensive but that twice what my husband payed two years ago for the same procedure and that office let him make payments. ... read more
