Dr. Mohyun was very understanding of my concerns and gave sincere feedback on my treatment options. Sabrina was amazing, she connected well with me as a person not just a pt. Brannan was also great in handling my check in being welcoming and keeping me updated through our my appointment to what was going on. Super happy to be a patient here. Thank you again.
Aspen Dental is the best! I've always had trouble getting in to see my dentist for urgent issues. This time I just could not wait and started looking for a dentist that could fit me in on very short notice. Within an hour, I had an appointment to have a aching tooth extracted. They did a full comprehensive exam prior to that procedure which was FREE! Their technology was so impressive -- much better than any other dentist I've been to. Everyone was helpful and genuinely courteous! Especially the Doctor Aid, she's very kind, and makes patients feel valued and at ease. The young Doctor is also professional and takes time to explain thoroughly the treatment details.
This place was a big waste of time. I walked in to see if they accepted my insurance. It took the receptionist 20 minutes to figure it out. So turn out they do accept. I set an appointment for the 12th of September. I came in 5 minutes early and stood at the front counter. The front receptionist had his back turned away from me and just kept talking on the phone for ten minutes before finally turning around to acknowledge me. I was told the dentist was a little behind. I made an emergency appointment last night for this location. I received a call this morning before the set time to go over things it was an extremely pleasant phone call with Brennan! When I got there I was met with smiles and just an all around great energy. The place is clean and organized! The staff are incredibly helpful and just so sweet!
