My visit today at Aspen dental Howe Ave, far exceeded my expectations. ALL of the staff made me feel so comfortable especially Sabrina (so KIND and such an asset to this company) and Reggie (when I spoke to her on the phone recently). Dr. Park also was extremely knowledgeable and personable explaining my dental care as well. It was apparent they truly cared about of ME and my current dental challenges, especially as their new patient. Aspen Dental is the best! I've always had trouble getting in to see my dentist for urgent issues. This time I just could not wait and started looking for a dentist that could fit me in on very short notice. Within an hour, I had an appointment to have a aching tooth extracted. They did a full comprehensive exam prior to that procedure which was FREE! Their technology was so impressive -- much better than any other dentist I've been to. Dr. Mohyun was very understanding of my concerns and gave sincere feedback on my treatment options. Sabrina was amazing, she connected well with me as a person not just a pt. Brannan was also great in handling my check in being welcoming and keeping me updated through our my appointment to what was going on. Super happy to be a patient here. Thank you again.
I have dental phobia! Put off going way too long. Broken tooth and major pain made me go. The staff was very understanding, patient, reassuring, and kind. I'll admit, it wasn't easy but I got through with their help. Tooth extracted. Treatment plan set up, but no pressure. I am so relieved. Thank you, Aspen Dental on Howe Avenue!
This place was a big waste of time. I walked in to see if they accepted my insurance. It took the receptionist 20 minutes to figure it out. So turn out they do accept. I set an appointment for the 12th of September. I came in 5 minutes early and stood at the front counter. The front receptionist had his back turned away from me and just kept talking on the phone for ten minutes before finally turning around to acknowledge me. I was told the dentist was a little behind.
