My husband started having excruciating pain on Saturday. Aspen Dental got him in Monday morning at 06:45. There was no wait once we arrived. Everything was explained clearly and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. Doc was able to do a bone graft and tooth extraction at the same time. Pain was minimal due to professional quality of the doctor. The entire staff, from front office to back office to billing, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been coming to this aspen dental every Monday for the past two weeks to get what I need done and every experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is extremely nice, the doctor is super nice and was able to figure out what the last dentist failed to help me with so we're working on correcting that mistake and I feel comfortable here. I will always recommend Aspen dental over any other dental chain practices!

Terrible DDS. Explained to the front office staff that I have a lot of dental anxiety. They were very kind, accommodating my request for an early appointment time, inquired multiple times as to how I was feeling. Very friendly front desk staff. Dude looks and talks like comedian Nate Bargatze is just taller. Dentist was AWFUL. Young Asian guy, awful bedside manner and not gentle at all. Only offered one remedy to my tooth issue, being the most expensive, of course. Left crying. I am 43, never have I cried leaving an office.... read more

The worst service... they charged me for a water flosser I didn't need and had to get a refund.. I had to go in twice just to get the same crown cemented in... but what takes the cake is my cracked tooth that o keep calling about and already got xrayed will now cost me $700 cause they was wasting all my insurance balance on cleanings...

Called and spoke to someone twice to confirm I can decline an X-ray since I am pregnant and don't want to do one and the person on the phone confirmed twice. Also with someone else next to them. Chanon called to let me know the previous person who scheduled me gave me incorrect information that it's not a 100% I can get an exam and cleaning same day so I changed my appt. Went for dentures. Dr didn't even know my name or talked with me. Cheaply made. Bite was off. Office staff extreme nice. Bad product. Would not recommend
