This place was a big waste of time. I walked in to see if they accepted my insurance. It took the receptionist 20 minutes to figure it out. So turn out they do accept. I set an appointment for the 12th of September. I came in 5 minutes early and stood at the front counter. The front receptionist had his back turned away from me and just kept talking on the phone for ten minutes before finally turning around to acknowledge me. I was told the dentist was a little behind. I made an emergency appointment last night for this location. I received a call this morning before the set time to go over things it was an extremely pleasant phone call with Brennan! When I got there I was met with smiles and just an all around great energy. The place is clean and organized! The staff are incredibly helpful and just so sweet! Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. As soon as I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I've never felt like that at a dental office. Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Tran was very, very good at explaining the procedure to me. The even coolest part of the whole thing is that I am on a tight time line and I will have my new teeth within a week. I'm so excited. Thanks for making me feel comfortable. I look forward to seeing my new smile. UPDATE: I have my temporary teeth now and they look great!
I went to the location on Howe Avenue to get a broken denture repaired. The place was very clean. The associates were very likeable a received me well. The dentist I talked to was knowledgeable and professional. I felt like they knew their job well. My denture later came back fitting well and fixed properly. I will certainly return if I need anymore dental work.
Overall, my dental appointment today went smoothly. The front desk staff was courteous and the dentist was professional and welcoming. However, I’m taking away one star due to the hygienist’s poor attitude. Fortunately, I was running late and ended up skipping the hygienist portion of the appointment—but from what I observed, I’m glad I didn’t have to interact with her directly.
