I made an emergency appointment last night for this location. I received a call this morning before the set time to go over things it was an extremely pleasant phone call with Brennan! When I got there I was met with smiles and just an all around great energy. The place is clean and organized! The staff are incredibly helpful and just so sweet! Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. As soon as I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I've never felt like that at a dental office. Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Tran was very, very good at explaining the procedure to me. The even coolest part of the whole thing is that I am on a tight time line and I will have my new teeth within a week. I'm so excited. Thanks for making me feel comfortable. I look forward to seeing my new smile. UPDATE: I have my temporary teeth now and they look great!
I walked in to Aspen Dental apprehensive, and anxious. I had been without my dentures for a month. After a pleasant greeting and paperwork, I was ushered to the back for the exam. While discussing my needs, I was given many options to choose from. I explained what I needed, and was ready to move forward. Overall, my dental appointment today went smoothly. The front desk staff was courteous and the dentist was professional and welcoming. However, I’m taking away one star due to the hygienist’s poor attitude. Fortunately, I was running late and ended up skipping the hygienist portion of the appointment—but from what I observed, I’m glad I didn’t have to interact with her directly. Just wanted to show love to this specific Aspen Dental office. I came in today early in the morning because my gums were hurting and I needed to see what the problem was. I got some X rays and an exam. The Dental Hygienist named LORI informed me of the work I needed to get done and was even able to squeeze me in for an appt later on in the day at noon, which was a relief!
