Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. As soon as I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I've never felt like that at a dental office. Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Tran was very, very good at explaining the procedure to me. The even coolest part of the whole thing is that I am on a tight time line and I will have my new teeth within a week. I'm so excited. Thanks for making me feel comfortable. I look forward to seeing my new smile. UPDATE: I have my temporary teeth now and they look great!
Just wanted to show love to this specific Aspen Dental office. I came in today early in the morning because my gums were hurting and I needed to see what the problem was. I got some X rays and an exam. The Dental Hygienist named LORI informed me of the work I needed to get done and was even able to squeeze me in for an appt later on in the day at noon, which was a relief! First time at Aspen Dental. Very good customer service. I explained things in simple terms. Nice clean office. Shout out to Iman who helped ease my nerves and provided wonderful care.
My experience yesterday, as I went for a consultation at Aspen Dental , first time visit, was incredibly positive. The Customer service was exceptional, people there, Howe Ave in Sacramento, CA, made me feel comfortable, specifically Reggie and Brannon, and really educated me on my serious Dental problems. This was the most wonderful experience I ever had. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left I felt very taken care of. The girl that did my x rays Wes super sweet and gentle. The hygienist was very thorough and informative.. the dentist was amazing. You can tell she loves her job!! Thank you for making my day 💕
