I am very pleased with care that I receive at Aspen Siloam Springs. I went in on a whim and have found me a dentist and team that truly cares. The OM, Jessica, worked with me on financing and scheduling to get me in to fit my work schedule in a very timely manner for all of my dental work. Dr. Roberts and Dr. S are wonderful. I went to see Aspen dental on a Friday. After traveling over 1.5hrs for a terrible toothache. They prescribed me a serious antibiotic. I informed all staff I have Crohn's disease. Before I filled the prescription I was reading side effects I found out it is NOT recommended with someone who has Crohn's disease. It can cause serious intestine issues. I have been trying to get treatment for a broken tooth and a needed root canal for over a month now. During that time, this office has repeatedly rescheduled my appointment-today was the third time they called to push it back again. I understand that the Doctor is out for caring for his wife post surgery- what I don't understand is why I was booked in the first place when he was known to be gone and why I was rescheduled again in that same window. Aspen dental is amazing from start to finish. Everyone from the person helping me check in to x-rays to the doctor couldn't have been better. Extremely professional and the first time going to the dentist didn't make me anxious.
