A few months back, I had to cancel my routine exam and cleaning. Yesterday, I was studying next door and decided to take a break to walk into Aspen to schedule an in-person appointment. They had an opening later that afternoon. I was not only provided excellent, friendly, and accommodating routine service, but they also removed a root fragment from an incomplete extraction done a couple of years ago in another town. I was "Released" from aspen dental in Siloam Springs by a young girl there, yesterday April 17th 2024 (She was the new manager i think, as she never did introduced herself or present me with her job title.) My story: I had been having issues with my bill for quite some time and was told it was being processed to insurance even though they kept billing me. i noticed that last month my bill went up by $20.00 from one mont to the next. tried calling several times and could not get in touch with a human. so i drove to the offic... read more

Very disorganized place! I got harassed by text messages , emails and phone calls prior to my appointment, even tho I already confirmed my appointment. Also while making my appointment I stated that I could only come Fridays ! So when I showed up I had to go home because , they told me that their hygienist is not working Fridays! Complete waste of my time!
