Had a great experience, everyone was very friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. Just pretty expensive for me. My dentist is half the price as Aspen, But it was an emergency tooth pulling. And my dentist was booked until Aug 1st. I would recommend them for knowledge and friendliness.
I had an appointment set for 11:00 and got there 10 minutes early. At 5 after 11 someone finally came up to the front desk and got everyone waiting checked in. That said everyone was very kind and I could see that they were busy because the staff takes their time getting your X-rays and 3d imaging done perfectly and the Dentists take their time looking over them and explaining it to you and asking if you have any questions and then answering them for you. Can't get a hold of anyone to go over my bill. Why have a number to call for billing questions if no one can get a hold of you. You can pay over the phone any time 24/7 but have to sit on hold forever to ask why you're getting billed for an appointment that was pre paid. Won't be using Aspen again
Got an appointment very quick as i am having surgery in a couple weeks and needed my tooth taken care of before then. Everyone was very nice snd helpful. I would highly recommend them!
I normally don’t ever give reviews but after today I felt like I need to. Was told my appointment was at 1:30pm. Showed up at 1:32 and they immediately asked me to pay for the days visit so I paid it, I then sat for roughly 20 minutes before being called back, then they did one xray that took 5 minutes and then took me a to a room where I sat for an additional 30 minutes and doctor never came in within that time, no one came in and told me it would be a bit of a wait or anything, I was just left sitting there for an unexplai... read more
