Everyone was super nice and any questions that I had they were able to answer and also give me really good feedback on what needs to be done. They made sure to go over any costs, fixes, and I also received a free exam and x-ray promotion which was super cool. Loved the dental hygienist, dentist, Dr. Mitchell and Areyona who took my x-rays she was superrrrrrr sweet. The office was clean, the front desk ladies were so sweet and professional as well!
My first visit to Aspen Dental was very welcoming, at first. They did x-rays and explained their concerns to me. I also told them what I wanted and what I could afford. I didn't have any insurance at time but I found a great policy. I then called them back for my follow up appointment but I only got the run around and no explanation. Failed to contact me before changing the dentist who would be performing my dental work, changed my dental plan against my wishes promised a refund then never gave me the refund and now says it's not possible but yet the dental work I paid for was over $2000 more than what I recieved, made me wait a week after crowns came in knowing I was in pain , crowns weren't done properly and I am waiting again for them to be sent off and come back.I was put with a certain dentist when I came back in again and they once again swapped m... read more
