I had two crowns done here. My occlusion was messed up where I could not close mouth all the way after the procedure. The dentist removed part of healthy neighboring teeth that I did not give consent to. Then I get a bill 9 months later because my insurance declined claim even through Aspen dental in Starkville said it was pre-approved (I requested pre-approval). i recently had a bad experience with aspen dental starkville were i drove over 60 miles one way for a appointment got caught in traffic tryed to call got a robot that cant run a xbox no answer because they open at 7am i arrive at 725am only to meet a woman with the compassion of a cold rock who said oh no you are late im going to reschedule to which i said no thank you ill go some were else so aspen dental my have good dentist but you will never know because you wont make it pass the front desk. and yes they flood you with t... read more

Friendly staff. Good work. They call incessantly about appointments. It's like having your own personal spam caller for your teeth. My appointment was rescheduled for me and I was notified by email. E-mails sent gave conflicting times and dates for my appointment. Unreliable operating hours, unreliable appointments. During my visit, I was numbed without warning and started shaking from shock.
