My experience with Aspen Dental was the best service I’ve ever gotten in dentistry, thus far. Everyone was young and fresh faced, happy and good spirited. My concerns were also theirs and they went above and beyond explaining everything. I felt very at ease with them. They had great new technology that helped me understand my underlying issues more than I ever have and I can’t wait until my next appointment with them.
Great customer service! No long wait time! The staff are excellent with absolutely terrific management.. it was my first time visiting, and I felt right at home… After 5 years of not going to a dentist, I felt sooooo nervous! However, Aspen Dental insured that it would be a great visit! With that being said, after seeing the X-Ray tech, Manager, hygienist, & Dentist, I knew this would be my “forever” go to clinic! So thankful for these GREAT employees!!!
I recently had a fantastic experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The dentist took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I understood each step of the process. They were also incredibly helpful, addressing all my concerns and providing valuable advice for maintaining oral health. Overall, I highly recommend Aspen Dental for their exceptional care and professionalism.
My wife scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. She was not informed that the initial visit would only be for x-rays and eval. My insurance company recieved the claim and requested additional information (W9)form. The office refused to provide us with the requested information, stating that the insurance company would have to call and request the form directly. Haven't been to a dental clinic in many years. I am an old guy with a tooth that broke off. Saw the Aspen Dental Building and stopped in. Fortunately, the experience was not the one I was dreading. The facility was clean and spacious. The staff was professional helpful, friendly and polished. The technology was state of the art and jaw dropping.
