We always enjoy going to see Chastity, our hygienist! She is great with kids and we never feel rushed. Alicia & Beverly went above and beyond to help me clear up my insurance questions. I would recommend this office to anyone. Dr.Jackson is very personable and listens to any concerns we have. Fantastic staff!
Aspen Dental is on the top of my list for all of the medical professionals who I have dealt with in the 14 years I have lived here. They got me in as a new patient within a week. As to where my regular dentist couldn’t get me in this year. The customer service was exceptional and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely refer Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.
While the lady in billing was very nice and informative, the rest of the staff…not so much. It’s very commercial. Get ya in and out..:no personal touch at all. It was almost like a lunch-line feel. But, here’s the scary part: I had an initial visit over 12 months ago, decided to not pursue what they suggested at the time. I made an appointment, they took me to the bookkeeper who told me the plan of care without me even seeing the dentist. He looked at what he proposed last time and they ran a proposal based on that. Awesome! They were very friendly and explained everything as they were doing it, plus comprehensive explanations of what the future plans were based on my personal needs. They were also attentive and have great tech (including a screen for you to SEE everything they're talking to you about). Plus, in between help, you can relax and watch some shows or jam out to tunes. It was a wonderful experience for me!
My experience with Aspen Dental was the best service I’ve ever gotten in dentistry, thus far. Everyone was young and fresh faced, happy and good spirited. My concerns were also theirs and they went above and beyond explaining everything. I felt very at ease with them. They had great new technology that helped me understand my underlying issues more than I ever have and I can’t wait until my next appointment with them.
