The staff was so welcoming. They ensured that they were attending to my every need and clarified any questions I had. They also informed me that they were just a call away if I thought of anything. They were awesome!
We always enjoy going to see Chastity, our hygienist! She is great with kids and we never feel rushed. Alicia & Beverly went above and beyond to help me clear up my insurance questions. I would recommend this office to anyone. Dr.Jackson is very personable and listens to any concerns we have. Fantastic staff!
Beverly was extremely rude and so was the other older African-American girl who worked at the front desk. She assumed I only had medicaid because I am black. She tried to say she doesn’t know what I do for a living but that’s none of her concern. I work and I am a full time student and I’m less than half her age and I probably have already accomplished more than she has. Rude people. Would not recommend!
Very clean and impressive but they tried to charge me $1600 and said I had 5 cavities and said I had gingivitis. I go to the dentist regularly and was just trying them out. I felt like I was being scammed but everyone was very nice.
