Such a very great experience from the moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the most helpful reception staff. My x-ray tech was phenomenal! I got my upper plates done at Aspen in September of 2024. Had a great experience. The staff were knowledgeable in their job details and made you feel comfortable and cared for. Fast forward a little less than 6 months later, and I go back to have my one free line of my upper plate done, and everything's just chaos in it in that office. First of all, they have a new system that's just not working or functioning properly for them. This particular Aspen Dental has the best staff I have ever came across. The professionalism and customer service is truly amazing and incredible to witness in such a fast paced environment. Shout out to my Hygienist Sarah and Maurice who made me feel right at home ❤️
The employees were very respectful and courteous. The staff were a great help got me in to see the Dentist on short notice (1 week) and were able to schedule my cleaning before the end of the year. Thanks to everyone who were involved with this process. Would go there again.
Thank you aspen dental for making my first visit with you all a great one. I was in tears walking through the door because of how embarrassed I was of my mouth. The whole staff was very pleasant and supportive. I have a lot of work that needs to be done but, I feel at ease knowing I have the support of the whole staff backing me.
