Such a very great experience from the moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the most helpful reception staff. My x-ray tech was phenomenal! He is Very knowledgeable, patient and , very personable, which made the experience very pleasant. The dental hygienist was also very pleasant and Informative about explaining the oral hygiene plan. Everyone at this specific location is amazing ! All the front desk staff Serena, Kayla and the other lady are super nice and informative! Sarah the dental hygienist is amazing ! And always makes me and my Wife feel at home when we come here. Dr.Noir is nice and also super informative as well. I feel like everyone listens here and makes sure that they accommodate my needs! Also the xray tech was awesome too I forgot his name but he was super cool even with him stretching my mouth to the gods 😂!!! 10/10 love this location !

Thank you aspen dental for making my first visit with you all a great one. I was in tears walking through the door because of how embarrassed I was of my mouth. The whole staff was very pleasant and supportive. I have a lot of work that needs to be done but, I feel at ease knowing I have the support of the whole staff backing me. Thank you so much and thank you in advance for support of the future journey to restoring my smile and happiness.🩷

I made an appointment to get a filling replaced. They took me back 20 minutes after my appointment time. I was told we needed to do X-rays. Did X-rays and then was put in a ‘lounge’ where I waited about 5 minutes. Then I was put in a room where I waited med 10 minutes for a hygienist to come and make sure my gums were healthy before the dentist could see me. After the hygienist finished I waited approximately 15 more minutes. All while listening to the dentist rudely shout to another room “Steve can you come chart for me?” ... read more

This particular Aspen Dental has the best staff I have ever came across. The professionalism and customer service is truly amazing and incredible to witness in such a fast paced environment. Shout out to my Hygienist Sarah and Maurice who made me feel right at home ❤️
