I had the pleasure of having ms Unique help me out and she helped explain any questions that I had. The staff is very friendly, caring, and helpful! They make sure you are relax and very comfortable! Also I love ms Uniques name!
Mrs Unique was great. She was very informative. She carefully explained everything about my treatment and its effects. She definitely loves her job and it makes a difference when you enjoy what you are doing. 5 stars isn’t high enough for the great service experienced today. Will definitely be returning
The only reason they are not getting a one star is that everyone was very polite (in particular, the woman who did my x rays was EXCELLENT and very patient). However, this is the definition of chain dentistry. I wanted to just get a simple cleaning, and was told I'd be able to do so in my initial phone call. Two days before the appointment, they tell me they will put me on a "treatment plan" before I even get there. The Aspen Dental staff in Troy was exceptional, and they provided the best service. My hygienist's name Unique was so sweet and Great customer service. 😀 The Doctor took very good care of me he was so kind best he made sure I was comfortable doing the procedure. I thank him for that!😃
Today was my first visit at Aspen Dental. My experience was AWESOME! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Everyone provided 100% customer service. Unique was super nice and was awesome with educating me regarding the type dental cleaning I needed. GREAT CLEANING! Thank you soo much Tam for a great consultation.
