I have Delta Dental Premier and my exam and x-rays are covered 100% when I use a network provider. They are a network provider and they ran my insurance and it said I owed 0 and now I'm getting a bill trying to tell me I owe the difference of $98! For a cleaning with x-rays!!!! The only reason they are not getting a one star is that everyone was very polite (in particular, the woman who did my x rays was EXCELLENT and very patient). However, this is the definition of chain dentistry. I wanted to just get a simple cleaning, and was told I'd be able to do so in my initial phone call. Two days before the appointment, they tell me they will put me on a "treatment plan" before I even get there.
