I had extractions and partials today by Dr Cena he is wonderful, caring and very gentle his hygienist laura, I hope I spelled that correctly was a sweetheart and very helpful they are all great from Lexi at front to the whole staff recommend them 100%
I have been a patient fora few years. Yesterday I had an experience which caused me to leave this practice and find a new dentist. I had a tooth break off, (this tooth had root canal and cap). I had seen them in about a month ago and I was to call in the new year. He glued it at that time and said the crown would need to be replaced. Agreed. Called yesterday to set the new appt and ask that he reglue until I could be seen next month. It literally takes him 5 minutes. Spoke to receptionist, said I could come in Tuesday mornin... read more

Do not believe their false advertising about walk-in emergency visits. They couldn't see me to extract a tooth that was giving me severe pain and I was told that even if I scheduled an appointment for the next day, they couldn't guarantee I would have the tooth extracted.

Walk-ins are welcome, however an offices ability to accept walk-ins does depend on the number of staff, patients and procedures they have on a given day. I went two weeks ago. I have not got any answers on my insurance. The quote they gave me was different from when I called my insurance company. I started with them and they took X-rays. Gave me quotes through a salesperson. I'm afraid I am going to have to hire a lawyer to get answers.

Worst place I've ever been too. They are crooked. They will work you and your insurance for everything you got. And the quality is the worst. I brought my wife here for dentures it cost thousands. And the dentures broke in a couple months. She didn't know how they broke. So they twisted her words around to void the warranty. And was trying to get her to pay all over. I went somewhere else. Everyone was rude. And there just crooked. The lab technician is behind it all. The worst!!'
