I was able to check-in prior to appointment via app texted to me. I was seen almost immediately on time. Doctor Holt and nurses very efficient, pleasant, caring and professional. Answered all my questions and addressed all my areas of concern. Exam was efficient yet thorough and easy. 2 biopsies taken this visit. In past, some areas treated with liquid nitrogen. All done well and with care and attention to detail and to me, explaining what was being done and why. I definitely recommend this practice.
The doctor I have been to more than once is fabulous. She’s happy, sweet, polite, and professional. I couldn’t ask for more.
Great team - from front desk to assistant and Dr. Holt. Everyone was friendly and treated me with great kindness and professionalism. Best part is they are affiliated with a dermatology practice in my hometown of Georgetown, TX, so I know my care will be seamless when I return home or travel back and forth to Aspen!
I keep getting billed four months after the appointment (four times now), I can't get anyone on the phone, the website patient portal is down and shows an error message when trying to log in, I am unable to see what I am being billed for, and the emailed payment links don't work. They don't answer the phone at the office. Others have complained about their bills being sent to collections because they are unaware of them or unable to pay.
Dr. Taylor is a magician! I am so grateful to him and his staff. It is the first time anyone has been able to do Botox and get it right in one try because my muscles are so different on each side of my face. His precision, and care for detail is amazing. Likewise he and the whole staff are so positive and uplifting. Always a great experience - highly recommend!!
