TERRIBLE facility
This place shouldn’t just rethink how it operates — it should close its doors. My stepdad was sent here for rehab after open-heart surgery, and what we witnessed was nothing short of disgraceful. They put a recovering heart patient into a cramped room with a roommate who was loud, rude, and constantly demanding staff attention, even when nurses were already assisting my stepdad.
