These are older apartments that were maintained very well. They were very reasonably priced and the management was professional. Oh...I did forget to mention the nauseating GOAT smell. It's been a while. And maybe things have changed since I was there.
They got new managment in the summer of 2005, and changed their name. Over all I was happy with everything about this complex.

Umm, It's okay.
The old manager moved and a new one came in. The new one tries but not hard enough! It took maintenance 3 months to get to what I needed taken care of and I had to remind the new manager to remind maintenance. Still some things are not taken care of. Grounds are dirty, dumpster sometimes over flows, parents seem to refuse to hold responsibility for their childrens actions. Needs update super...
There is a new manager here, she is trying to make it better, she seems to actually care about us and the complex. she has done some nice things around the here to make it look nicer. Maintenace guy is good and responsive. Manager is approachable and always around, nice with the kids and always smiling, asking if things are ok.
