Had an amazing experience here with Dr. Walker. I was referred here for an extraction and he ultimately was able to save my tooth. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great office.
I went here because they were an recommend in network provider. During my visit I was recommend some services by the dentist and after they gave me the break down and total out of pocket cost using my insurance I agreed to have the recommend services done. When I returned on my 2nd visit I was informed they did not submit my claim correct and some of the services were denied and now I owed an additional $400+ because of their billing and coding error. I got an implant here done by Dr. Walker. Everything was ok. They have a 3D Xray which facilitates the work for the doctor. He was very attentive and explain everything to me step by step during the whole process and I liked that. However in two of my follow up appointments that I had they didn’t have all the tools they needed to work with my implant ready by the time of my appointment. That was a little frustrating but other than that, it was a good experience.

I transferred practices a while ago due to location, and I'm very happy with this place. Going in, everything looks so bright, new and fresh, which results in a great feel about the place. The staff are welcoming and friendly, Dr. Narla is very professional and knowledgeable with what he does. The team as a whole are great at recommending procedures/other work, but not to the point where they are pushy about making you get it done.
