VERY PLEASED. This was my first 1031 exchange. I was a little nervous not knowing about the process. Stephanie assured me it would go smoothly. Cameron and his team were great to work with! Desiree was consistent with communication and Cameron was great at dealing with an escrow person regarding a little hiccup. The process ran smoothly as promised. I get that this may be one of the biggest firms for 1031 exchanges, but my experience with Pamela Michaels was downright terrible. I had been working with Hailey Murphy who was delightful but was then reassigned to Pamela as Hailey had to go on leave. Pamela attempted to call me one morning, but I was in meetings all day, so I emailed her asking to call me the next day. She responded that she would, but a call never came. I must say that Jana is one of the most knowledgeable and well respected individuals I have met in this industry! She is so well-versed in 1031 exchange as well as Real Estate.
