We highly recommend Aster Window Cleaning!! Jason was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond. Not only did he do all the work by hand but he also took the time to give us helpful product recommendations to keep our clients’ windows looking great. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about both the results and the client experience. We’re extremely happy and will definitely be working with him again!
Highly recommended. Jason was respectful, maintained good communication, and offered reasonable pricing. He cleaned our windows exterior glass including the black-painted frames and screens to a high level of quality. Given the steep investment in our new windows, we opted to go with hand washing instead of wand washing and we felt very comfortable with Jason's professionalism and knowledge and are very happy with the final result.
I found Jason on ChatGPT because he cleans windows by hand, which delivers a very different result compared to machine cleaning. And it turns out I made the right choice. In Jason, I saw professionalism, kindness, patience, and sincerity. It was a very pleasant experience working with him.
