Jean-Phillipe has cooked for us for the past 8 years. He has done everything in our home from a small family dinner to a cocktail party for 100. He is an consummate professional, arrives early always completely prepared. He can adjust timing to the needs of the event. The kitchen is spotless when he leaves. Jean-Philippe Sitbon has prepared cuisine for numerous dinner parties at our home. He is punctual, extremely pleasant, professional, neat and a fabulous chef. My husband and I have described his food to friends as divine, superb, sublime and elegant. His forte is contemporary French and California cuisine but he has prepared Asian and Italian meals for us as well. They have all been wonderful. I cannot recall a time when Jean-Philippe's dinner was anything but perfect.
Jean-Philippe recently created dinner for a party at my home and it was absolutely spectacular! The flavors, elegant presentation and attention to every last detail were extraordinary. Chef Sitbon is creative, a joy to work with, always exceeds my expectations and produces events to remember.
Jean-Philippe catered our New Year's Eve dinner party at our Santa Barbara home. Everyone had an amazing culinary experience! We collaborated on the menu, wine pairings and timing. The food presentation was like a piece of art, the food was perfectly cooked, the flavors stood out and each bite was savored! The ingredients were very fresh and high quality. Over the last five years Chef Sitbon has created numerous superb and innovative dinners for up to 35 guests at a time in my home. He is a culinary genius and very pleasent to work with. Two of the most memorable meals of my life occured last year when he collaborated with Master Sommelier Brian McClintic.
