Jennifer has been a tremendous help in my mental health and ADHD journey. I always look forward to my appointments with her. She makes it so comfortable to open up and ask questions. I can’t describe it, but she makes you feel safe and and heard. And she’s a hoot!😂 So that’s a plus!
I went to see Brooke Bryant and she is amazing and professional and understands how you feel. I. love having someone to talk to that is not friends or family. I would highly recommend her to be your therapist.

I don’t do reviews but for dr.Lyman… absolutely. She listens to me. And that’s the biggest thing for me. I’ve never been able to get stable help in the past because I felt like I wasn’t being listened to and they just did whatever.. by dr.Lyman listens and she makes me feel so comfortable to be able to tell her what’s going on inside my head rather than hiding it all.
