I'd recommend this clinic to anyone needing mental health care. The interventional psychiatry department is life changing and life saving. Julie, Lauren and Vanessa are exceptional therapists. Brandy, Jennifer and Amy are top tier Nurse practitioner. And the cherry 🍒 on top is Chelsea at the front desk. She is a beautiful person heart and soul.
Ms. Amy was super knowledgeable and kind. I really felt like she listened to what I was saying and put my care first. Super clean and comfortable environment. Highly recommend.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They respect each client. My overall experience there with my specialist was the best. I felt like I could be open and honest with her. She made me feel like she is going to get me all the help I need to get my life and health together.
We have worked with Amy Summers for 2 years now. She is always so positive and upbeat. She is also very patient with my daughter who is socially awkward and reluctant to speak to anyone other than family and friends. She truly cares about her clients!
I started going to athena a few months ago, seen Brandy cauthen who i really did like. She recommended i do the spravto treatment which I was excited about, I was going to finally get a treatment that would help me, and it definitely was but I took it for about a month. My insurance im assuming kept needing a pre authorization, I spoke with my insurance and cvs specialty pharmacy and my insurance, BCBS said everything should have been approved and i should hear from athena on the 12 of September, well I heard nothing.
