I do not recommend this company. We waited months for an appointment,paid and now are being told to wait longer and pay again to see someone else to get evaluated again because the first appointment was just a pre evaluation or something? They also can't schedule the appointment now. I was told they would get back to me.

Courteous and efficient communication with office via text throughout the duration of my experience. Dr. Van Horn was personable while keeping interactions professional. Recommendations and prognosis were helpful and encouraging. Her summary of our consultation was detailed, and complete; when I read it, I felt that I had been seen, heard, and understood, and I perhaps even saw myself more clearly and accurately with the benefit of an accurate "mirror."

Crystal Johnson is amazing! I feel so comfortable coming in. She is the first provider I've found to make me feel like I really can share anything and wont be judged or embarrassed. Highly highly recommend!!

I’ve been seeing CrystalJohnson, NP, for several months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a very positive experience. She takes the time to really listen, explain treatment options in a way that makes sense, and make me feel comfortable discussing even the most difficult topics. I feel supported and confident in my care. I would highly recommend Crystal for anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatric provider.

Best medical experience of my life. Dr Johnson listened to me, found where my current treatment plan was not the best choice and adjusted it to a new plan. For the first time in my life, I am setting and reaching goals, I’ve never felt better. Even my immune system has made a comeback.
