Courteous and efficient communication with office via text throughout the duration of my experience. Dr. Van Horn was personable while keeping interactions professional. Recommendations and prognosis were helpful and encouraging. Her summary of our consultation was detailed, and complete; when I read it, I felt that I had been seen, heard, and understood, and I perhaps even saw myself more clearly and accurately with the benefit of an accurate "mirror."
We were referred to Athena Care and were placed under the care of Janae Johnson, PMHNP-BC. She has been amazing to work with and we couldn't be more pleased.
I’ve been seeing CrystalJohnson, NP, for several months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a very positive experience. She takes the time to really listen, explain treatment options in a way that makes sense, and make me feel comfortable discussing even the most difficult topics. I feel supported and confident in my care. I would highly recommend Crystal for anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatric provider.
Crystal was great listening, helping me remember and providing insight into my thoughts and the treatment that was recommended. She was very polite, fun to speak with candidly and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. The whole staff I interacted with that day was very sweet, polite and patient.
I started going there due to being in a new home after losing my husband of 39 years. I loved being back “home” but had a terrible time find my way around in the Franklin area and I was depressed and having panic attacks what seemed like all the time. My best friend came every day for a month to take me around to show me that area and how to get places. I’m sure I wore her out so decided to seek help. I was lucky to find Dr. AS-B.
