An amazing first experience. The guy at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. I love my new grounding techniques sticker! The waiting room was lovely and a very relaxing atmosphere—with fidgets! Dr. Rhodes was incredibly easy to talk to. She made me feel seen and understood, which doesn’t always happen in mental health offices I’ve learned. She didn’t push anything on me or try to rush through the appointment. It was very clear she cared about my wellbeing and wanted what was best for me. Highly recommend!
Macy Copple was incredible! The entire staff was incredible. I love how thorough they are about the process. The emails that include ALL the information you need. They give you accurate time frames of when you can expect what. As someone who has been dealing with doctors & such for almost 40 years, this is the best up front communication I’ve ever seen!
I’ve had a wonderful experience receiving care here. Meredith is incredibly compassionate, listens without judgement, and takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options. I never feel rushed during appointments, and her holistic approach to mental health has made a world of difference for me.
We recently had a telehealth with Dr Hatton. He was very polite and patient. My kid was too anxious to be on the video and he was very accommodating. Not only that, the process of getting seen as an adult for possible autism took maybe a couple of months for the first appointment. Not bad at all!
