Kendra was very welcoming when I arrived. She thoroughly explained the testing process and even checked in on me to make sure everything was going as planned. She was very organized and let me know what to expect going forward.
The process of getting set up with appointments and testing was easy and straight forward. Dr. Cummings was very friendly and professional and I appreciated how responsive she (and her team) was to messages! She explained everything really thoroughly and allowed time for my questions.
I go to the Athena care in Hendersonville. Everybody there is lovely to deal with. I see Miss Traci Foyster for therapy and Brittany Wood for my medication. Both caring and compassionate. Today I spoke with the office in Knoxville. I have the pleasure of speaking with Zoe at the front desk. Zoe was so kind and asked me how I was doing Then very quickly got me the appointment I needed without any issues Anyone should be proud to have Zoe working for them thank you. Kim
The psychiatrist is delightful, but Athena wants to have my credit card on file because they think they are bulletproof and my identity and credit card number will not be stolen! I already had that problem with another insurer. But I have to drop my Psychiatrist if I don’t want my credit card to be Stored with them!!!!!
Nicest man, and very easy to speak with and he is very knowledgeable in his field. Best experience I have ever had in speaking with Someone in this field. Highly recommend him.
