My therapist and psychiatrist here are nothing short of amazing. They aren't just understanding and helpful, but are constantly learning and growing. E is seriously wonderful as a therapist. Her continued learning and curiosity are obvious. She'll listen, research, understand, come back with much more support. I especially recommend them for those with autism. A good therapist for the autistic can be hard to find, but these guys get it. Highly recommended.
For my first ever internet zoom call/appointment it was quite easy. I would recommend the emails reminders to ensure clients have the app downloaded before the set time. I used hyperlink in my email to access the appointment but was then prompted to download the app. Well needless to say I was worried that it would not download or crash or something else and I would have to pay out the wahzoo for a missed meeting. Meredith was very kind and helpful. That put me at ease . I appreciate all she does.
I can’t recommend Jennifer McKelvey enough. After years of working with multiple therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists, I had never felt truly safe opening up about my combat-related trauma — until my session with her. The process of getting set up with appointments and testing was easy and straight forward. Dr. Cummings was very friendly and professional and I appreciated how responsive she (and her team) was to messages! She explained everything really thoroughly and allowed time for my questions.
The people were professional and friendly. I had no wait time since you do all the paperwork electronically before hand. Definitely one of my better doctors visits.
