They were very informative. They returned my calls rather quickly. The staff was very friendly, there was little wait time in the waiting room. And the testing took a while but that is to be expected. Overall, great experience.
Thomas Vertrees is an awesome provider!! I’ve been seeing him for about 9 years. He is a great listener and truly cares about his patients. My Mama loved him. She saw him for many years before her death. ❤️
Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible time attempting to work with Athena Care. When I read the transcript of my trauma entered by Dr Wyatt I noticed, she hadn’t even listened to me. I do not recommend. I’m sure others do receive care here but unfortunately for me and my mental wellbeing I was just money in the pocket as a turn and burn patient. We paid $1400 total for absolutely nothing. We were given information that we already knew and were not given any guidance on the issues we had concerns about. The testing was not set up conducive to what he experiences daily to get a proper reading on his weaknesses. They told us he fell in the below average range so there wasn’t anything they could find.
