This place is horrible. I have been a long time patient and my provider left. I was scheduled with a new provider and they have a 10 minute late policy. Due to construction in the building with only 1 elevator working, I walked in 2 minutes past the late policy and my appointment was cancelled.The front office did not offer to check with the provider to see if they could still see me. Amanda’s energy was very refreshing. She created an environment that was safe and open. She made sure she addressed my every concern and made sure to explain everything. All of my questions were answered with honesty. I truly enjoyed my experience!
My therapist is very attentive and helpful when I talk with her. She gives sound advice and isn’t judgmental, just gives clinical advice on any and every situation we discuss. Ms. Amanda is a pleasure to speak with and also asks questions about me concerns, needs, and future goals. I am appreciative and thankful for our conversations and her ability to communicate well.
I really need help. I got this place off the national mental illness website. The website said they take self pay. So I called to get an appointment for the first time & the guy told me I had to tell him exactly what my problem was & why I need to see a psychiatrist. He wouldn't help me out. I did not call & research this place so I could talk to a receptionist. This guy was real jerk & I am just trying to get some help before something bad happens. Will never call this place again.
I’ve been very disappointed in the communication here. Both my son and I trying to do some testing. I met with the provider who was ok but seemed disengaged in a way I can’t really explain. . It was odd, but we got through the intake and scheduled the testing date. Came back in the day of testing and the office staff seemed just kinda confused about what was going on.
