I deal with a lot of mental health issues, and overall Athena has been an astronomical help. I’m not the best for speaking up for myself until I’ve reached my breaking point, and at that point I don’t communicate effectively what’s bothering me. I was able to switch from a previous provider at Athena, and while she was genuinely a kind person it just wasn’t the right fit. Athena Care Murfreesboro is such a special place. From the moment I walk in, I feel at peace and completely cared for. Kenzie and Ashley at the front desk always greet me with the kindest smiles and make me feel so welcomed. They truly set the tone for the whole experience. I just want to say how much I appreciate ALL the staff here, but especially those back in the treatment area for Spravato and the front office staff! They go above and beyond and really care about their patients! So very grateful.
I’ve been going to AthenaCare since March for Spravato treatments. In that time I’ve noticed a considerable improvement to my mental health. The staff fosters a friendly, welcoming environment that makes the process smoother. The receptionists, Ashley and Kenzie, always brighten my day whenever I come in for an appointment! The techs are very considerate, accommodating, and come across as genuine. My outlook on life has improved, thanks in no small part to the receptionists and staff at this location :)
