The providers are fine, but the billing department really needs to get their act together. They have overcharged me numerous times. At one point they overcharged me about $200 and never issued me a refund when they said they would, so I opted to continue using their services until my "credit" ran out. I deal with a lot of mental health issues, and overall Athena has been an astronomical help. I’m not the best for speaking up for myself until I’ve reached my breaking point, and at that point I don’t communicate effectively what’s bothering me. I was able to switch from a previous provider at Athena, and while she was genuinely a kind person it just wasn’t the right fit.
