The Billing department for this office is horrible! I received a bill for $650, even though I had medical insurance. Which they had on file and had not billed. I had to contact their office multiple times to resolve the issue. I also overpaid my copay and was due a refund. When I reached out regarding getting the refund, they charged the card I had originally paid with for another $20 for absolutely no reason! I did not authorized any card to be used or kept on file.
