Dr. McCutchen and Allison Moe, and their team, are fantastic. I have had ulcerative colitis for years, and I have to say they're the best I've been to. I've seen a handful of doctors, and Dr. McCutchen is the first doctor to actually do an exam in office, right there on the spot, to see what's going on. I felt heard and seen. Allison Moe is amazing and hard working!
Web for my first visit today! Everyone is very kind and friendly ! Saw 4 associates plus my new doctor! I had to being my 4 year old and they were very kind to her too! Thankful to excited to start my care here! But I arrived for my 2 pm at 1:50, and wasn’t seen by the doc until 2:40 and then walked out at 3:08. My only complaint
Dr. Jenny Garnder is such a kind, compassionate and empathetic doctor. She listens to questions and investigates your issues thoroughly. Her medical assistants and office staff are also very kind and understanding. She is so refreshing to have as a doctor after meeting so many who discount your symptoms or overlook things you bring up as concerns which I greatly appreciate. While initially I was thrilled to find a doctors office who listened to my concerns, their terrible practices for communication (I was told it could be more than a week if my concern wasn’t urgent) attitude toward patients with concerns, and overall demeanor toward patients made me leave. I witnessed people standing there every appointment because they couldn’t get through on the phone and had to show up in person. I never got the endoscopy my primary doctor referred me for. Got billed for P.A. Alison S. Moe (in less than 10 minutes of a consultation) sent me home collecting samples for my entire family when the company they use was going out of business that same week. There was no resolution to my health problem. I do not recommend. Update: 3/24/2026 I am paying my bill and this office sent me to Hollis Cobb collection agency, they call me non stop and harass me.
