The colonoscopy procedure itself went well, and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff. However, there are a few areas where I believe the patient experience could be improved. Before the procedure, I met with the anesthesiologist, but I would have preferred to meet with my gastroenterologist beforehand rather than for the first time in the operating room. The nurses and supporting staff are the best starting from the nurse who took my vitals to the young man who escorted me to my car. Usually when I have my vitals done at any facility, my blood pressure readings are high even after my readings at home is normal, but this time, it was normal. That showed me that she knew what to do and what not to when taking a person's blood pressure. Every nurse who attended to me were very knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, kind. Wow!! All of the staff were exceptional from the folks who wheeled me in for the colonoscopy to the nurse who administered the shots and the anesthesiologist. The aftercare nurse was highly attentive and I felt that she truly cared and she made me feel safe and cared for. Thank everyone for the outstanding care. Overall, I felt safe, protected and cared for. That does not happen everywhere. Dr Gordon was beyond nice and very easy to talk to. She explained everything thoroughly. FIVE STARS!! I had a colonoscopy here on yesterday, December 19. I would simply like to shout out the staff that interacted with me and please forgive me if I did not mention your name, but you interacted with me because I don’t remember your name. The lady at the front desk that signed me in was a sweetheart. I don’t know her name, but her nails were pink. The young lady that took me back. I didn’t get her name, but she also wheeled me to my caregiver out in the cold and she did not wear a jacket, but she was so sweet. I wanna shout out... read more

Very nice and warm experience from the reception as you walked through the doors to the practitioners, nurses, and doctors. They were very accommodating and enjoyed speaking with me, about everything in life and what to expect from the procedure(s). I was a bit nervous for both procedures today but they were able to calm me down and feel assured. I am very grateful for this experience and would 10/10 come again !
