All The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. From the front desk to the back office. The gentleman responsible for the beds were very kind as well. Dr Brown saw me before and after my surgery, asked if I had any questions and assured me that the process wasn’t difficult. which I really appreciate.his bedside manner. I was surprised that I got pictures of the procedure the same day. Also I like that I didn’t feel rushed. And the nurse the put my I V in my hand was excellent. She was very gentle Thank you.kindly

The employees were very accommodating, I knew I was there for a serious medical problem. All of the staff were very respectful, kind & considerate. Even Dr Patel came into the room , briefly to calm my eagerness for a remedy. Everyone was very patient & respectful. I have a fear of needles, there was a brief intubation problem. The whole experience went great, the nurses were amazing, the lady who came in and did my IV did an amazing job. And Keval Patel did great, made me feel very confident and relaxed and also the anesthesia doctor made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. All around the whole thing went wonderful.

My procedure was handled with the utmost professionalism. Everyone was kind, except the anesthesiologist. I inwardly prayed she wouldn’t kill me. I was out like a light, next recovery with the doc giving me the results. I was wheeled to my companion that I hired through care.com( a lifesaver, an angel). I had a follow-up call, to see how I was doing. The best part for me was calling everyday with questions that were answered.
