My experience with Spalding Endoscopy was amazing. They all were so kind and professional. From the front desk, Leah, explaining everything before you signed anything, to my pre Op, Rebecca, and Tech, Heidi who handled making sure I was comfortable, going over my medical history and finding my small rolling veins. The experience was awesome from the time I checked in until my Pre Op nurse walked us to the car. I know that colonoscopy preps are not fun but it is necessary to have your colon screened. Thank you to Leah, Heidi, Adam and Dr. Barlow. A special shout out to Jessie my pre op and recovery nurse. She is an awesome person. You can tell right from the start that God showed her the purpose He had for her. This staff was amazing, starting from the front desk Leah -keeps it simple and makes sure you understand everything, Adrianna- hope i have the right person....my vain rolls and i was scared,she come in and confront me, she did my IV with NO issues..what a GOD send she is...TRA was friendly and quick. My nurse Ms. Missy was salt and light, in which was a blessing! She was so compassionate and genuinely cared about me in whole as a patient. Definitely thankful beyond words for the comfort and peace that I received. It is evident that by all the staff that Spalding Endoscopy values not only their patients, but who they employ to care for their patients. Definitely a place that is set apart from the rest!
Received great care here! All on staff were caring and helpful. Leah, Missy, Tracy, Jonathan, and Dr. Kajani made a not so fun experience easy. Missy especially was very informative and kind.
