Staff is sharp. Very time focused. Pre op nurses asking really good questions ensuring a good result and made me comfortable with warm blankets. Dr. Brown went and did the procedure with little pain. Woke up and he told me exactly what was done.
I had my appointment with Dr.Rabin yesterday morning. And the appointment was just a train wreck from the start. I went in after being referred by the hospital a month ago. He basically told me that everything that the 3 or 4 doctors told me at the hospital was wrong and then goes on to talk about how the reason for my stabbing abdominal pain was because of my weight. I tell him about how I just had a baby in May and before my 2 week checkup from that I had dropped 60 pounds. Which to me is a lot way too quickly. Hes like ye... read more
I really like this place. Friendly staff, Sr. Brown is wonderful. That said, went in today at 9:00 as instructed, for a 10:00 AM for an upper GI. Wasn't taken "back" till almost 11:00 for a supposedly 10-15 minute procedure. The anesthesiologist had the personality of a rabid pit bull. Everyone else, including Dr. Brown, were wonderful. She (anesthesiologist) and the wait mucked up a good experience. She needs a new career. He needs help scheduling procedures. A 2+ hour wait for a simple procedure is nuts.
Nicole was absolutely amazing! She puts her patients first and she made sure I was comfortable and taken care of before I left. She pays attention to detail and how patients respond to make sure we’re okay. She made me feel supported and reassured me the whole way. I am so thankful that she was there to help and guide me through the process.
Fast, efficient, friendly service. Check-in was super easy with friendly staff members. I was called back at my appointment time and had a great, fast visit with Dr. Edge who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Check out was also fast with a super friendly staff member.
