Thank you Dr. Neal Osborn and staff for a superbly show of professional service , friendly reception, and clean environment 👍 . I witnessed professional team work. The anesthesiologist did an awesome job of keeping me calm before applying medication for sleep. My entire visit gives nothing but praise to you all: not to leave the front Desk out!
I would like to thank the entire staff for making my endoscopy procedure such a positive experience. The receptionist made check-in quick & easy, the RN was kind, patient, and caring, and the anesthesiologist made me feel completely at ease. I especially appreciated his gentle reminder about always carrying my inhaler --it showed how much he genuinely cared about my well-being. Where do I start!? It’s my first time at this facility. The staff was amazing. I can’t remember all of their names, but the young lady at the front desk was perfect and so were all of the other physicians and nurses who took care of me. I had my colonoscopy there and I’ve never felt so taken care of. When I have to go back in five years, hopefully they’ll be there and if not, I’m sure someone else there and will be just as nice. It was a wonderful experience, considering what I went in for!
Kittrell was kind, professional and patient with me! Amanda was great as my recovery nurse. The anesthesiologist was kind and they all explained everything well. Dr. Sanford was personable and professional, made me feel at ease and explained everything well before and after my procedure.
What an amazing staff!! The receptionist who checked me in was very friendly and explained everything I was signing really well. Chelsea was the intake nurse and she made me feel so comfortable. Her wonderful disposition eased any anxieties I was having. Dr Osborn was phenomenal!! He was very professional and, although very busy, clearly takes genuine interest and concern with each patient.
