First time ever having major dental work done and I was very happy with the experience and the results. Dr. Loetscher is great and so are his assistants and support staff.
Everyone at this office was warm, welcoming and very professional. My communication with Kayla was very good. She explained to me everything I needed to know about my appointment, meeting with the staff and Dr. Best. Ashley made me feel calm as she explained what to expect as I was being prepared for the procedure. On day of the procedure Sammy, too, made me feel comfortable as she prepped me for the procedure. Dr. Best is the best... He did his best, and I am quite pleased with the service.
I had upper jaw surgery (lefort 1) done with Dr. Loetscher and I couldn’t be happier. My results have been fantastic and exceeded all my expectations. The main issues I had were trouble with nasal breathing and my gummy smile both of which have been resolved wonderfully. The surgery was done in their beautiful Brookhaven office. They have an amazing nursing staff who goes home with you right after the surgery to make sure you are comfortable post op. I never thought I'd write a glowing review for dental surgery but Dr. Loetscher and his whole team made an uncomfortable situation a great experience. Being able to have the surgery taken care of all in one appointment, with no pain, and great personal follow-up far exceeded my expectations and allayed all my fears. Shout out to Chanel for her support post surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Loetscher.
