I’ve used Atlanta’s Best Gutter Cleaners several times with satisfactory results. They’ve now been acquired by Ned’s Home Services and the service has suffered. I hired Ned’s to clean my gutters and dryer vent. All appeared well until I noticed that they’d neglected to clear the gutter over my bey window. I contacted Ned’s to inform them that the job had not been completed and to have them send the crew back. The gutter cleaning service was professional, thorough and the communication was great. The crew did a great job in cleaning out the gutters and downspouts and removing the debris. They reconnected a downspout the had come away from the house. They showed us pictures and emailed a detailed report. The company did a follow up. Which is greatly appreciated.
ned stevens does a good job with cleaning and always uses their leaf blowers to clean up all around our property. they do get up on the roof to walk around and blow them out. I am not a huge fan of that as walking on shingles is never good. that damages the shingles and can loosen the granules that protect the shingles. they also try to upsell you and are VERY pushy on calling .....and calling ...and calling...and calling ...to get you to do "repairs".
Gutter Cleaning: I’ve used them for a number of years, but this year was a first - they left a bunch of Shingle Granules and Debris on my 2nd Floor balcony & outdoor furniture. They were done in less than 45 mins. I called them the day after - Monday - and sent them pix. They sent a couple of guys that afternoon (i was impressed they did it this quickly)… but it still wasn’t totally cleaned (esp the furniture).
