Gutter Cleaning: I’ve used them for a number of years, but this year was a first - they left a bunch of Shingle Granules and Debris on my 2nd Floor balcony & outdoor furniture. They were done in less than 45 mins. I called them the day after - Monday - and sent them pix. They sent a couple of guys that afternoon (i was impressed they did it this quickly)… but it still wasn’t totally cleaned (esp the furniture). Booked for gutter cleaning with specific scheduling instructions on when available to arrive for service since had contractor on site, landscaping & out of town. Ned’s totally ignored & showed up next business day. Called & first representative RUDE & stated he didn’t care since they performed service. Do not use this company. Will have new gutters installed but not with Ned’s since they can’t follow instructions.
NedStevens bought business from Atlanta best. Since than their service is less than desirable. Many times when spoken to their CS female rep (it seems I get the same individual every time so not sure if they have only one) she’s is rude and very unhelpful and argumentative. I’ve requested my gutters to be cleaned on specific months, not only that they haven’t followed the schedule but have not provided 24h notice when they are coming out. Ned’s comes as scheduled without me having to call or email to book an appointment. Blew my entire roof, cleaned the gutters and washed away all debris !!
