When I scheduled an appointment it was sub/co contracted out to Ned Stevens which doesn't have such good reviews. Seems like a bait and switch. When I tried to cancel they argued with me. They finally agreed to cancel but didn't send me a confirmation. I hope they don't show up and try to charge me. Update: The company reached out to me and explained the misunderstanding that the companies were actually co-owned. They said they would review the call and do additional training. Crew arrived around the exact time of year as expected and as was placed in my account notes. Provided a thorough roof and gutter cleaning as well as cleaned up all the debris in yard, driveway, decks and patios. My only area for improvement might be to consider using some sort of protective device on the ladder so as to ensure the contact with gutter isn’t scraped or marked (the area scraped is directly over my front door but not bad but just a suggestion). Horrible service! Took 6 weeks to come out, then randomly showed up at 10:00 on a Sunday morning with about 15 minutes notice. Loud leaf blowers on a quiet Sunday morning was not good. Paid for bagging but they still blew about half the debris into the yard. Will never use them again. I had used this company several times before and they were fine. Ned Stevens ruined them.

This was the first time they cleaned our gutters since being acquired by Ned's Homes. The crew arrived on time, knocked on our door to make their presence known, cleared our gutters of a large accumulation of leaves and other stuff, and did a complete and thorough cleanup after clearing the gutters. Definitely will continue to use them for this service!

I had used them a few years ago and couldn't remember why I had switched elsewhere. So I tried them again. It was hard to set up an appointment when I would be home so I could point out issues. They pushed back, and pushed back, and pushed back, and then reluctantly agreed to a time so I could speak with the techs. They showed up on time. Techs were polite. They listened while I showed them three issues. They cleaned the gutters and then left before telling me what they found! Very disappointing. Then, my worst fear... read more
