My wife and I built a house with them in 2020 and we have had to fix something every year since we got it. I feel like I have put more money and time into fixing this house than they spent building it. When we finished our basement, our contractor asked who wired the main panel and when we asked why he said because it shouldn’t have passed inspection. Before I start I want to say I do not want anything from Atlantic builder nor do I want them to comment an apology on this post. We have lived at Spring Haven townhome for almost two years, and it has proven to be a well-worthy home purchase. We are particularly impressed with the location, the quality of the craftsmanship, and the warranty service support. When we were house-hunting, we also looked at other properties from other builders, but they often had issues like low ceilings, squeaky floors, and scary, ugly-looking basements and garages.
