Unfortunately, based off one person who claims to be the office manager (Porsha) I will not be returning! She is rude and uneducated in her duties. I went for my scheduled appointment and was told I have an outstanding balance. I wanted an explanation since I have insurance along with a 50.00 copay! Christina if great I highly recommend her for your facial needs! Listened to what my concerns were and recommended ways to help. I have had a facial and 2 extractions from her and will continue to go back every time I need something done!
My experience with Johanna Young and Atlantic Dermatology was one of the best interactions with healthcare I have ever had. I felt comfortable, informed, and cared for by the entire staff. I highly recommend for yearly skin cancer screening exam and general dermatology concerns.
I have been seeing Dr. Boswell for quite some time now and I have always had a pleasant experience. She knows what she’s doing and she explains everything very well. I also enjoy the staff they’re always very friendly and the facility is spotless!
The staff was all very nice, office is very clean and the dermatologist actually addressed my issue and came up with an aggressive treatment plan that is bound to work better than just vitamins that another Dr used as treatment that didn’t work.
