First visit with the practice and I can’t sing their praises loud enough! From walking in and being greeted (Fallon is amazing!) to being brought back by Toby (very pleasant and sweet) to meeting Dr. Boswell (thorough, listened to my concerns, professional) and getting my exam it was a great experience! Would recommend!
Unfortunately, based off one person who claims to be the office manager (Porsha) I will not be returning! She is rude and uneducated in her duties. I went for my scheduled appointment and was told I have an outstanding balance. I wanted an explanation since I have insurance along with a 50.00 copay! Initially she said it was from my old insurance, so I called them right there…well that was incorrect and they had no problem stating that to her and I! I always have a great experience when I visit Dr. Boswell’s office. She and her team are always very welcoming and attentive to their patients. They always take the time necessary to address the needs of the patients.
i visited dr.boswell a few years ago to get some assistance on adult acne and they really took their time to listen while i explained the history of my skin. my skincare routine is now much more simple and is the clearest it has ever been. i recently visited (with dr.johanna young) due to a persistent, painful contact dermatitis rash which no one was able to clear. they (again) took their time listening to me and truly made me feel cared for and it was 90% cleared within two days. i am a forever patient 😭 great doctors and ... read more
