Lackluster customer service from the very unconcerned receptionist and a rude nurse. I have a mass that is bleeding and looks like basal cell carcinoma, and they want me to wait 6 months! What a joke and what awful medical practices. You are indebted to your clients that keep you in business. If it’s so “booked,” then either get more providers or STOP TAKING NEW CLIENTS! Fantastic office in Supply! Super clean, friendly staff. Had a very brief wait in the lobby, very brief wait in the treatment room. I hit their parking lot and left again in under an hour!!! Remarkable! Staff was clear, friendly, professional!
Dr. Rice is personable and professional. She takes time with both my husband and me on our visits. She has removed two skin cancers from my husband and both went smoothly.
The doctor and her entire team were very professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them!
Friendly staff & Dr. Farris was wonderful. She explained everything about my procedure, she was quick and thorough and I didn’t feel rushed. Highly recommend
