Cathy came in late in our home purchase process with a great rate, and her team (including Candice Fisher) was easy and responsive. We just closed this week, and there were zero snags.

Cathy is a great mortgage broker. She is very responsive and helpful and replied to our emails and calls very fast on late nights and on weekends. She did a great job providing us with the pre-approval on Sunday morning and then leading us all the way to closing. The whole process was very smooth and fast. We also got a great rate with her and a $2000 credit towards closing costs.I would recommend Cathy to anyone. I am very happy we chose her as our mortgage broker.

Cathy and her team are exellent to work with, I had no surprizes with them and every stage was clearly managed and expained. I had worked with her twice in one year both time I had no issues closing on time.

Scott and his team at Lenders were fantastic to work with.Scott went out of his way to make sure everything went perfect.He came to our house many times to pick up paper work for our convenience.He kept us informed throughout the entire process and answered any questions we had with care,knowledge and professionalism.I highly recommend Scott, weather you are refinancing,buying or selling a house!!!

First of all he answers his phone, no voice mail games. He is very gracious and professional, an experienced banker/mortgage expert. His staff, Casey, Gina and the rest of the office staff, are friendly, well organized and very, very helpful, through the entire mortgage process, from the first "hello" to the last hand shake. Our face to face application process with Tim, was very congenial and took very little time. The paper work trail, was handled correctly the first time. We were given the best mortgage rate possible. All in all the entire process could be stressful, Atlantic made it simple and easy. I applaud the Bethlehem Office, they are Five Star!

Cathy was recommended to us by our realtor. He had worked with her and the company in the past with great success. From the pre-approval to the closing of the loan Cathy has been very helpful. She answered our questions thoroughly and concisely. If we had an issue or concern, she was quick to help resolve and gave us assurance that everything was on track. In a stressful time like buying a house, Cathy and her team made the process go quickly and smoothly.

From the moment I first spoke to Cathy, I knew I had found the right mortgage rep for me. I didn't even know if I could qualify for a mortgage, but she had me pre-approved within 24 hours of our first conversation. Every step of the process from pre-approval to closing on the loan for my new home was smooth and professionally handled. And what was even better, was that I could do it all through email. I did not have to go anywhere, I could fax/email all the paperwork, I could even sign most documents on line! Her paperwork requirements were always reasonable, and I did not have to jump through any hoops at all. She met a very quick closing date effortlessly, and I am so grateful for everything she did to make sure I ended up with the new home I was dreaming of. Thanks Cathy and team - you guys rock!

I would highly recommend Scott. He was incredibly knowledgeable, always kept us updated on the progress of our loan, and was on call anytime. Since my husband and I both work long/late hours, he was always accommodating. We are very appreciative of his guidance through the sometimes confusing process of buying a home. He's been a great resource on all things North Jersey. Scott was a pleasure to work with, and will be someone I will be recommending to family and friends.
