I have been attending Atlas Vein Care since July 2025, when I had my first visit. Since then, I have been very happy with the entire staff. From the front office staff all the way to all of the people involved in your care. Dr. Eidson is amazing, helping you to stay calm and explaining the entire process. Atlas Vein Care in Arlington, Texas is the BEST! Dr. Eidson is incredibly kind and gentle—he even sings while caring for his patients! His bedside manner is top-notch, and he always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and what to expect. Absolutely the best!!!! We had no waiting, the staff could not have been better. Friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. The test was quick and results immediate. Left a set of our keys there and we live 5 hours away and they were so kind and willing to help two very old people. They mailed them back to us!!! Above and beyond the call of duty. 5 Stars is not enough
Dr. Eidson and his wonderful team are a breath of fresh air. Customer service is alive and well at Atlas. No checking in and sitting in the waiting room 30-45 minutes. Get there, check in and get going with your procedure in 5 minutes. Real people answer the phone and your questions. Today I was a first time patient with Dr. Eidson and my experience was fantastic ! I have never felt that from any other doctor’s appointment. From the time I walked in to leaving everyone was helpful,kind,sweet,knowledgeable,respectful and explained things so you could understand plus gave you alll the time you needed to ask questions.
