I have never had a root canal before and I’m already extremely frightened of going to the dentist, so this was a very scary experience. But I was very fortunate to have had a great doctor, Dr. Cecchin and an amazing hygienist, Lacey. They were kind and walked me through each step slowly which helped me to feel very informed and more at ease. I had a great experience! The front desk were always polite and attentive. I was able to fill out the online registration and show up for my appointment with issue. Everyone that worked with me in the back were also very polite and personable. I hope I dont have anymore dental issues but if so, ATX is is top of my list for outside care.
Dr. Cecchin is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain every detail of the procedure and made sure I was completely comfortable and pain-free throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his care and attention. The entire team was also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Getting a root canal is NOT pleasant, especially when you have nerve issues and the tooth/area cannot be completely deadened for the procedure. ATX suggested conscious sedation and it made all the difference in the world between a horrible experience and one that was more than tolerable. The staff are attentive and caring. I felt completely at ease and Dr. Cecchin was really fast and skilled completing the procedure. I highly recommend ATX Endodontics.
My experience was great! How often can you say that about getting dental work done :-) I had a root canal and Dr. Cecchin was very good. He and his staff explained everything. Check -in and Check-out was easy, and all the staff were very nice. I appreciated the post operative instructions and the follow-up call to make sure I was okay. They are a very professional team.
