All of the staff was lovely!! I had to get two root canals the day before I left for vacation. They were so helpful in assuring me I would be set up and good to go. Everyone was kind and supportive during a traumatic experience. I appreciated how they explained what they were doing and were very kind as I was emotional. Thank you!
The provider was extremely nice. Answered all of my questions perfectly. Explained everything about my root canal procedure before doing any work. He also made sure I was comfortable and numb where I did not feel a things. 3 hrs after still no pain. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend
I am glad that I went to ATX Endodontics for my root canal. I had been referred to a different endo specialist by my general dentist, but they were out-of-network, so I chose to go with ATX Endo instead. The staff were very nice from check-in to ct scan to chair. They made the process very smooth and relaxed. Dr Cecchin was fantastic. As a veteran using the VA’s Community Care program, I had the opportunity to receive treatment from ATX Endodontics with Dr. Douglas Cecchin — and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, respectful, and attentive. Dr. Cecchin took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout. Their professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Absolutely a 5-star visit — no question!
Never in my life did I think I'd be writing a positive review for an endodontist but ATX deserves it! I have been a patient of theirs for years but hadn't been seen since 2018. As soon as Shonnie picked up the phone, it was like talking to an old friend. She is the heart of this operation and I have now had a bad reaction to the gas which she consoled me through twice.
