I'd give 6 stars if I could! I've literally never had a good experience at the dentist -- until now. Talked to them Thursday, seen Monday. I was taken to the back within 60 seconds of arriving, they partner with a financing partner so it was affordable for me, and the pricing was actually lower by at least $1500 from what I was quoted 2 years ago for a root canal by the dentist who created my referral. I have never had a root canal before and I’m already extremely frightened of going to the dentist, so this was a very scary experience. But I was very fortunate to have had a great doctor, Dr. Cecchin and an amazing hygienist, Lacey. They were kind and walked me through each step slowly which helped me to feel very informed and more at ease. Dr. Cecchin is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain every detail of the procedure and made sure I was completely comfortable and pain-free throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his care and attention. The entire team was also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!
I had a root canal with Dr. Ceccin at ATX Endodontics and could not be more pleased with the process. I’ll be honest, I was very anxious about getting a root canal but Dr. C was so good at explaining the process during my consultation. I did opt for the sedation route given my anxiety. When i arrived at the facility for my procedure they made sure i was comfortable before they started.
