I have been seeing Aubrie at Life Stance for a few months now. My experience with her has been wonderful. The staff is very helpful, and friendly too. Have only good things to say about Life Stance!
Aubrie is great! Today was just my first session but, she’s already given me some easy coping skills and revealed to me something I didn’t realize wasn’t “normal.” I’m certain she’ll be a great help to me!
So far I have not encountered any negative experience. The office seemed efficiently run. Aubrie Wade is obviously highly experienced in CBT and knows what she is talking about. I look forward to working with Aubrie to resolve the many issues I am dealing with.
Aubrie genuinely cares. I felt better after speaking with her. She could see I was overwhelmed and immediately helped me practice some helpful techniques.
Very happy with my first experience at Lifestance Health with Aubrie Wade. Looking forward to my next appointment.
