Dr. Kilgore has been extremely helpful in developing Creative solutions to hearing issues. She is very professional, of course, and patient! Office staff is very helpful in setting appointments, doing billing etc.!

Competent and professional and organized to serve the client. Go to the Buckhead office for this service. I had started over a year ago at another office where no annual evaluation was offered to update the firmware in the hearing aids. But Buckhead tech implemented 3 updates and scheduled me an annual evaluation. Very happy! Why is another office so unorganized and silent on what clients need and deserve?!

Dr. Chelsea Kilgore and her staff at HearUSA are absolutely professionals. My wife and I received a full examination of our hearing, and Dr. Kilgore went over the results in easy and understandable details. We both felt very confident and comfortable with her recommendations. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Overall good experience. 2 little issues: could find no record on my phone of company alerting me that my hearing aid was back from repair. 2nd. Hearing aid battery was dead upon arrival to pick up - its operation could not be verified before leaving hearing office. Staff was efficient and helpful.

I had a problem involving my right hearing aide. The connecting tube fell off on a Friday morning. I called and was told to come in at 1 pm. The hearing aide tech saw me and replaced the tubing, as well as cleaned both left and right hearing aides, as well as replacing the batteries. I had lost my cleaning brush, so she supplied a replacement brush and some wax guards. She reminded I needed to have an every 6 month check to update and clean them. I made the appointment that day.
