This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at the Peachtree Rd location regarding my Mom's hearing aids. I spoke to Keyonna a few weeks ago because both of my Mom's hearing aids needed to be replaced. I asked her as I always do how much the replacement would cost and she had to check and call me back which she did. She said that the hearing aids would be free due to my Mom's insurance, however, my Mom had to come in for a full exam. I said but the last time she had the full exam, nothing had changed. I was visiting Atlanta when one hearing aid went dead. The Hear USA team in Utah recommended this location and they repaired my hearing aid in 15 minutes (faulty wire). Thank you so much; very professional, knowledgeable and friendly
From the office staff to Dr. Kilgore, everyone is so very kind, helpful and patient with my elderly Mom. Everyone goes out of their way to remind us of appointments, help with scheduling and to check on my Mom.
