Overall good experience. 2 little issues: could find no record on my phone of company alerting me that my hearing aid was back from repair. 2nd. Hearing aid battery was dead upon arrival to pick up - its operation could not be verified before leaving hearing office. Staff was efficient and helpful.
Dr Kilgore and staff are very professional and efficient, Their office is small and I felt seen and heard. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about hearing loss, as I did in other offices. Thank you!
They were very thorough and patient with my grandma and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed! I will be definitely recommend you guys to others that may need hearing aids and great customer service skills!
0 stars. Scheduled me for an appointment. Wrote down my wrong phone number which I thought people had caller ID these days. Didn’t put my email in the system so they had been apparently trying to contact me to cancel even though I did the appointment a week in advance. I left an emergency appointment and rushed there only for them to say that the doctor already left. Absolutely unprofessional. Go somewhere else.
The staff at the HearUSA on Peachtree Street in Buckhead were very courteous and professional. The audiologist, Dr. Kilgore, did additional testing to ensure my hearing aids were adjusted to meet my specific needs. After a day and a half, my aids are very comfortable and I am not spending my days constantly adjusting the settings on the app.
