I had to publicly express my gratitude to the office staff for their thoughtful gesture. They personally brought a sweet card to my door, which was a rare and heartwarming experience. I’ve never had an apartment remember my birthday, let alone have someone personally walk a birthday card to my door! Their actions truly went above and beyond. Thank you all very much.
