Staff made my child feel welcomed and safe and I am so thankful for that! They worked so well together and communicated with me and my child throughout entire visit. Absolutely amazing experience at Augusta Smiles Youth Dentistry! Dr. George and her assistant Audrey Jackson were an incredible team. They both made sure my son felt safe, calm, and comfortable during his tooth extractions. Everything about them is amazing. All the staff is always saying hello and smiling. I have brought all 4 of my children here for cleanings. My youngest is 3 and I was really worried about him sitting still, but you can tell the staff members are engaging with children of all ages and was super nice talking him while the dentist checked his teeth. I must say after searching and searching for somewhere that accepts my 17 yr old insurance... they are by far the nicest and informative and immediately got my daughter teeth together and schedule for more dental work so she can go off to college with a bigger and better smile... thanks to the amazing staff for accepting us! 10/10 Highly recommend!!
I have to say we have loved the staff and the dentist: they are friendly and were able to squeeze us in this past two months to take care of my daughters many cavities before getting her braces elsewhere. They did so without pain and with ease. my Daughter was totally new to a dentist and that was her first time having fillings and work done.
