The experience with Austin dental assistant school was amazing, the instructors were very easy to talk to and to learn from and were dedicated to helping us understand. The coursework and then labs on Saturdays really helped develop my understanding of what I’d be doing in my day to day life as a DA. It definitely never felt like school which was awesome, if you’re thinking of doing it, do it!
This school has great advisors and runs well!
I dropped the course April 21 2023. It's June 3rd and no refund. When I spoke to someone at Zollege in Cedar Park( they run this dental school) they stated they have until June 19th 2023 to give me a refund. I do not understand why they have my money as pending for so long. The contract states, if you sign the withdrawal form, submit it and return the dental kit, that I should receive the refund before the 90 days. However thats a lie. Loved this program! It’s a good way to get started in the dental field. Not only do you learn from the class itself but, also learn so much more when you do an externship!
