I had an excellent experience at Austin Emergency Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was compassionate, attentive, and highly professional. The medical team quickly assessed my condition, provided thorough care, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr Ely at Austin ER Center was amazing. She explains your care and treatment with wisdom and kindness. She actually talked with me instead of the typical in and out most ER physician do now. The rest of the staff, Claudia my nurse, Sang radiology Tech and Chris in admission all provided and gave the best care and ER experience I've had in a long time. Definitely will come back if I have to visit the ER again.

If I could add a star, I'd add it. Dr. Singh was a miracle worker and the staff there - all of them - were amazing, accommodating, helpful and encouraging. I was in GREAT pain and they whisked me right in. Dr. Singh was waiting for me when I walked into the patient room. The diagnosis came quickly and after some brief discussion and an x-ray, he went to work -- with great knowledge and care, demonstrating a deep understanding of human anatomy. Dr. Ely is an absolute joy! She really listens to the patient and was very informative. Any questions I had she answered. Any test I was wanting to do she let her staff know and they did it. Claudia and Adriana are also awesome and very sweet! They take their time with you which you don’t find anywhere else anymore!

I came in Thursday evening and stayed until Friday morning. I wish I could remember everyone's name because the staff was amazing. They took such great care of me and I don't think I've ever had a better experience in an emergency ever!! Thanks to each of you for everything you did!!! Dr. Natasha Demehri treated my issue so aggressively and I am so incredibly grateful!!!!
