Dr. Hung was incredible and got me referred for a specialist. Everyone I dealt with, staff and check in from desk was amazing. I even had an issue with my prescription and insurance and they got right on it for me. 10/10 recommend and I felt very anxious going in and they all made me feel more comfortable.
I had a good experience with Austin Emergency Center.I came in with an injured fingernail from a dog chase. Everyone was nice and friendly. I felt comfortable with the nurses. They seem concerned for my well being and I received immediate attendance from the doctor (Okemefuna Okpara). The doctor was gentle with my finger and considerate of my pain I appreciate his kindness.
Hard to imagine an ER visits inspiring raves but this one did. This is not a clinic but a full-on alternative to a hospital ER. They didn't take my insurance, but their prices are still likely less than an ER copay. More importantly, their care was amazing. Incredibly responsive, caring and thorough. The doctor got multiple opinions on imaging, consulted with other doctors off-site, and even stayed late after his shift to finish up with me. Dr. Ely, nurse Mike, Sang and JG took such great care of my husband during a recent visit. Staff is knowledgeable and caring. There was no wait time and they offer payment plans if you are not going through insurance. Would recommend to all!
“Blake “greeted us upon walking in. He was very polite and helpful with sign in and quickly got us ready for our appointment.! “Shannon” was polite helped us get ready for the doctor to come to vitals very smiling lovely face! “Sang” was polite with assisting on holding my daughter down with her being fussy. The whole team is awesome. “Dr. Joe “ was so helpful even with my fussy baby having a small minor infection still came in with the right information understood the problem and help us solve it.
